I think from the pics I've seen on the Corvette forums it was something like one in the rear passenger corner, one on the driver's side ahead of that, and then another on the passenger side in front of the driver's side one, forming a triangle.. And the last was in the passenger seat with the backre...

Crazy thing is there's people that fit a full set of track wheels inside their Z. They have to be stock size tho. Something like a 275/295 setup or something.

My bumper got absolutely destroyed by some road dust/fine gravel off my friend's car. Sad but now I can start the ain't care? Might want to try dr colorchip. I've had great success with it on stuff like that. Still noticeable up close, but from 5-10 feet you can't see it. Way better than the pepper...

I had really even wear on that car with maxed camber. Make sure the toe is set to zero up front.
:dat:
I'd say toe is likely your killer here.

I have -2.7° on my fronts and they still wear evenly. That looks like cording past the corner of the roll over point. I'd expect it to be worn further into the flat of the tire if it was just camber wear. what??!?!?!?!? how could you have that much camber and the tires still wear evenly??? I also d...

POWL: Do you hop in the carpool by yourself?

Closest carpool lane to us is in Houston. Never rode in it, because I never really understood it. And there's signs everywhere for fines and rules and all sorts of shit. Like if you have a pass or something you can go in it. When I was in Georgia for work there was a lane you could roll in if you ha...

Bring that bitch to airboat-ville. We got a complicated Wild-E-Coyote setup of levers and ACME pulleys tied to a spiderweb of cables and cases of Pabst for counterweights and can get that bitch out in 45 minutes.

:nice: I guess. But she is 72 this year and still wont fucking retire. She will literally work herself to death. Works nearly 7 days a week. I need to see if a Raspberry Pi can do what I want it to do. I've read things, but don't really know the capabilities. I've got an idea for something and need to dig in to see if that thing is the answer

How far is Barber from you? My buddy and I are likely about to jump on a project car for Lemons and the 3 Gulf regions around us are Houston, Nola, and Barber. Barber is a little out of our way but Lemons comes once a year to each of these places, so if we want to hit up 3 a year instead of 2 a yea...

Spent the weekend track day bro’ing at Barber Motorsports Park. Great track, if not a bit difficult for me to learn + trying to learn on a new bike. Lots of leaned over acceleration + elevation change = lots of fun wheel spin. Challenging elevation changes, blind corner entry and exits. Staff and f...

I carry a small Kobalt tool kit with sockets in mine, along with an air compressor/flat fix thing since there's no spare on that car.
I always carry tools tho, in every car. We travel to Baton Rouge and Nola often for autocross, and being left stranded in old cars is no fun.

You could get most of that from headers or the LS7/LS9 manifolds and a new tune. I don't know that it's even worth doing a cam. :notsure: :dafuq: Das a lot of power from just headers mani and a toon.:notbad: Headers completely open up these LS motors. (maybe once a month once I get it all sorted out) t 400/390 sounds perfect. as my car sits its at 380/360. A tiny bump in power is all the I need. Def wont be doi...

I think I'm at about 82K on mine. I bought it with 69K a couple of years ago. It's an '02. I drove it a bit on weekends and shit and then ended up just parking it and almost exclusively autocrossing it So my mileage is all trips to Baton Rouge and Nola for races and back.

Interesting. It will probably be a shit show. Honestly though it's amazing to me how few people actually save any money for retirement. Many many many people save absolutely nothing, hence why we have social security. So a little part of me likes that, for the employee at least, it will be an easy ...

I think they're a metal band, but I've never listened to them, so not sure. Just feel like I hear them referenced with other bands that fall under the metal umbrella.
They're more Prog/stoner. They fucking jam :bruh:

OE seat modification won't get you low enough? Probably not - the height-adjustable seats in the NC put you pretty high off the floor. Modding the OE seat with the GordyM mod will drop my ass about 40mm lower, which will also help with comfort as well. But I don't think it's gonna be enough to get ...

NJ rules are quite strict. With a helmet, I'm above the factory roll hoop. Additionally, I can't replace OE seats without going to a 5-point harness, either. So if I want to keep the factory seats, I need a roll bar. OE seat modification won't get you low enough? Yeah I was gonna maybe suggest this...

The daily driver Silveradoe is an auto. I'd rather an auto so I can concentrate on texting while driving and sippin on my airboat moonshine instead of worrying about a clutch and shifter. Both race cares are manuals. Wifey can drive both. Except the Z06 has a stupid stiff short throw in it that's di...
