:bruh: do you hate life right now or something? Nah...just a bunch of shit going on. Garage estimates coming in over what I told the wife I thought they'd be (oops) and now she wants blood to move the project forward. We agreed I'd sell the Corvette if I didn't have to give it away. So I clea...

I'm not really a service at the dealer kind of guy, but I have a ton of experience with Ford dealers all over the US from the Bang Bus days and honestly, it was fine. I'd say only 20% or so were experiences that left a lot to be desired, which I think is pretty low as car dealer experiences go.

I think I am going to do a somewhat involved partial restoration of my Corvette once we get a house/garage, likely this winter. It could use a lot of little things replaced and updated at this point, but miraculously leaks zero oil/fluids. I did this with mine. Only do it if you're committed to the...

JOhnny Neon bro who also occasionally posts here owns a yellow one I believe. I think the green is my favorite. all of them though. I wonder what the most common color was, red? I want my wife to want a Durango/JGC.. We have a lease expiring next year on the Touareg and I'm all "but what should I do" with that, so definitely  the outcome of the dreaded truck :plac: Buy out is pretty affordable, and it has been flawless this far. Tubs.

Mine is leaking oil pretty bad now.
SAD!

Not enough for me to warrant emergency repairs, but enough to be of concern.

:dat: Even some normal fanboism has bee kinda squashed in here, like Rudy acknowledging that the Si handles better than the Golfs, despite him preferring them. Look, the golf/GTI/gorf ain’t the end all be all but if you want one car to do it all it’s my preference. Great at nothing good at everythi...

I did the ranger method with two entire bottles of dot4 and it only helped for about 30minutes afterwards, but I did stop before the fluid was completely clean. Yeah just do it periodically and put the spring in until you can actually do a proper flush and install the remote bleeder. I don't think ...

To your point though, I never really can get comfortable in :tits: 2012 Fusion due to head room/high seat height + sunroof. IDK man the Camry XSE V6 is a cool car :dat: Its a smartly built car that has a decent drivetrain and suspension and is built in the USA. :dat: They actually look nice now and the fact that it's a V6 instead of some turbo tomfoolery is a big bonus. I'd happily see my :tits: in one. And sure, I woul...

The rental Focus had a lower seating position than any car I've owned and most that I've sat in. GTI, S4, C5, RX8, MR2, MKZ, Mazda3, etc. were all higher stock. The Focus and the Stinger are the only two cars I can think of that I've sat in which had low enough seating for me without mods. That and...

You're also not a giant. All Ford cars...including the Focus have a driver's seat that seems to stop 1-2" before full bottom. I never have enough headroom in Ford cars...unless that's changed in the last few years. The rental Focus had a lower seating position than any car I've owned and most that ...

Yeah that is the major bummer. The Si is a significant step up, better brakes, seats, turbo, power, etc.... In a hatch it would be a no brainer. I kind of still wish I'd gotten the Si. Is the power difference that noticeable ? Both seem to be 1.5 baby dick motors with a tiny snail. 180 hp or 200hp ...

Yeah I drove it back to back with the MK7. The GTI is a rocket ship in comparison power wise but I thought the Civic was more fun - better shifter/clutch, better handling, steering, etc. I also really liked the interior :iono: I just really the Civics, my wants for a Hype R are strong. Yeah, I can ...

The head Corvette tech drove my car and said my sticky clutch is most likely a gunked up master cylinder. Ehhhh maybe. It's usually due to dirty fluid, which gunks up the entire system. Replacing the master will probably only work for so long. :dat: Honestly the over priced return spring with some ...

Is the power difference that noticeable ? Both seem to be 1.5 baby dick motors with a tiny snail. 180 hp or 200hp seems like same shit different label, I like the base seats a lot, they had no issues for me. The main selling point is the stereo + LSD which is obviously worth the 2k alone. But meh.....
