Re: Dem bicicletas, doe

I don't hate e-bikes. I feel they needlessly destroy trails. But, to ride? They're pretty fun. My one problem with eBikes are people who are otherwise fit enough to actually ride, using them like electric dirtbikes and shredding up trail systems. They should be for people who have physical disabili...

Re: Dem bicicletas, doe

I'm serious Troy. That's an invite. Same goes for anyone on here. You'd be welcome to stay at my house and cuddle my kitty and get licked to death by my vicious pit bull, rent a bike at a local shop, and we'd go shred the Wiss. And then stop at a brewery on the way back and get drunk. :sissyfight: ...

Re: Dem bicicletas, doe

You actually ride your bike though, would you ride a motorcycle? I didn't enjoy it as much as I thought I would. I don't know, really. I transitioned my bike stuff to mostly off road at this point to avoid cars. Motorcycle around here is all on-road. We use the term "road" loosely in south philly t...

I mean, you're rich and you ride a lot. There's no reason not to have your favorite bike(s) in the world. We pull in roughly same as you I think. I don't have retirement bennies at my new job. Man... I feel you on this. I feel like for whatever reason life has just gotten overly complicated for me in the past year. There are too many options and too much information on all of them in pretty much every category. I know the landscape of cars, how to buy a car, get a decent :dill: , etc onl...

Weird. I guess you guys have too much money? I can't afford anything that I actually want. What does a :mahtroy: want? You've got a pretty awesome green gokart, no? On the (street) car front, I want more than 4 cylinders to be behind me when driving and a garage in a warm place to park it in when I...

Re: So I bought some useless junk recently...

I grabbed a cheapo 7 string to be a backup/practice guitar. Needs some work but it'll end up pretty nice for $169. It's crazy to even get a playable brand new instrument for so little.Image

OT 17: Shallow Pals

I might beer tonight. Picked up a sixer of Yards Porter. Anyone have good recommendations on porters / stouts? Best one I've had was Green Man Porter from Asheville, but I can't find it up here. Close second is Bells Porter. Founders Breakfast Stout is also incredible. Don't want anything too roast...

Only Mustang now, used to like the cars when they existed.

I still really want a mustang but wanted the 86 slightly more. If the Mustang were 5% smaller (i.e. M3/M4 size) I'd have bought it instead.

I haven't touched my bike in a couple of months now. Got the trainer wheel all built up and ready but have been too lazy to clear space and actually use it. Maybe next week to burn off the turkey.

Unless you drive it... 30k miles in 16 years essentially means that's a car you park and take to the gas station once every 2 months or so. I don't think a GT3 can go below $50k with any a...
