Re: OT 13: Previa Parking Only

Definitely get licensed. Sent from the Beer Depository Yeah, it’ll open a lot of door for her career and salary. The county used to have a licensing program, but they’re so understaffed right now that it’s non-functional. Yeah typically you need a bunch of supervised hours under someone who is lice...

Re: DYELB: The Gainz Train

Took yesterday as a rest day, I ran 8 miles on Sunday which was by far more than I’ve run in a over half a year. Went to the gym today and had a decent workout, but the soreness/aches I have are making me think I should maybe take another rest day. I think that Sunday run just took a toll. I don’t w...

Social work. Currently doing CPS for the county. Looking to get out of that cause it's way too emotionally draining.
Definitely get licensed.

Re: OT 13: Previa Parking Only

Someone from a non-profit reached out to Michelle after getting a copy of her resume. Imagine the pay will be low since it's a non-profit, but if she's able to get licensed while working there, she'd be willing to take a bit of a pay cut to do that. Wonder when she'll hear back from them again. He ...

If it was Independence Blue Cross I had something for you. Not sure if you still can access the dillz if you’re just with a local Blue Cross but worth a look:

I was grilling and watching a movie.

Today I will be trying for a good 7-8 mile run, and we’re planning on going out for lunch.

It's a new optical insurance my company offered this year. I think it's called Eye Med or Dearborn National or something like that.

Re: OT 13: Previa Parking Only

I have a Nikon d3100 that my wife bought me like 4-5 years ago. It takes better pics than a phone or whatever, but I have always noticed that when I zoom in on pics that look pretty focused, it’s not as sharp as I would think. Still good, but not great. Always wondered if it was the camera or the l...

Thanks man. Yeah I won’t buy any DX lenses other than the two I already have. I’ll probably still wait to get any new lenses until I actually get an FX body. I’ve got two nice full frame lenses already as well. Hawaii is May 25- June 3. I’ve never been, so I’m stoked. Awesome man, what island(s) ar...

Re: OT 13: Previa Parking Only

The D7100 has an internal focus motor, so I would buy the 1.8D and not think twice. A DX lens is a waste if you think you will ever get an FX body. Oh, when are you going to Hawaii? Thanks man. Just ordered Setting the Table by Danny Meyer. 5/7 excited to read it. I don’t expect much interest here but if you have any interest in his restaurants in NYC, it’s had good response as a good read. Excited to read his thoughts and theories for why so much shit in the hospitality world is the way ...

I like it as is, but yesterday I thought I'd try cutting it a bit with tonic and it was :notbad: IMO.
Ah, gotcha.
