Suck Bender's Pole

One person on my team, her sisters long-term boyfriend died of a heart attack yesterday. Dang. My grandmother, her old dog groomer's husband died unexpectedly a couple weeks ago. 50-ish, took a brogramming job in seattle to stash some cash away before retirement, and ended up dying out there ...

He should be fine long term, but to be laid up with multiple small children... They will need some help. One person on my team, her sisters long-term boyfriend died of a hear...

What's the load rating on the roof rack? That RTT is already 160lbs up there, plus 2 adults and a child..

Edit: 760lbs static load rating. :notbad:

Funny, I've almost no interest in the history around here. A bunch of rednecks were willing to fight to the death to keep their slaves? :neat:

Yeah, ok. States right to do what?

Otherwise yeah it's just like any other congested city. Boston was pretty :neat: IMO. We actually have a trip in our book of trips to do "one day" (my w...

Office shit that makes you :rage:

Blah. Sitting at the office all by myself again. When I started the company was Indianapolis-based and our office culture was amazing. Legit felt like family. But after the acquisition we were restructured in 2016, which removed a bunch of local management and put most of us under remote managers. ...

Usually, unless the sales price is higher than what the value is compared to recent sales. That's a fun conversation when you tell someone they need an extra $50k in cash if they want the house. Yea, that's not going to be the case on our new house, we bought it below what current market is. We wil...

It took up a lot of space in the garage, we used it a decent amount but not as much as we’d really like to with how much I travel for work, and it does kind of suck having to trailer it every time you want to ride it somewhere, plus taking the cage on and off to store it in the garage on the traile...

Yeah, appraisal is usually done for HELOC's. Since one will be done for the mortgage, that might be able to be used again for the HELOC if you use the same bank/credit union. From my experience, appraisals for mortgages come in essentially at sales price, which would put us at 80% from the get-go. ...

From my conservative underwriting days, you can HELOC up to 80% LTV even immediately after purchase if you have the equity in the :haus: Yea, it'll all depend on what the "value" of the house is. Assume there's an appraisal for the HELOC? It should be higher than purchase price in our case. Yeah, a...

naw, only way that would happen is if carmax had one

I didn't say buy the thing, just see if you can get one out to see how it drives. I'm curious as I don't really know anyone who has driven one.
