No red interior. :(

It's only available in the top trim for the turbo and there's basically no inventory. I also don't think the $3k jump in price was worth it for what you get.

Curious what was the msrp on the 3 ? And what sort of features does it have ? $32,045. I think it's pretty well equipped for the price/segment. HUD, heated seats/steering wheel, Bose audio (sounds surprisingly good), dual zone climate, etc. Only things I can really think of that are missing are 360...

Thanks, all! I'll try and grab some more pics this weekend.

The c-pillar really is :fatty: but I love the way the car looks overall, and it doesn't impact visibility as much as I thought it would. Certainty worse than the Civic, but seems to be on par with my old mk7.

The deed is done. Picked up my Mazda3 turbo this past weekend. https://i.imgur.com/z7MFDVC.jpg https://i.imgur.com/43ms5Ht.jpg Got $41k for the Hype R and paid MSRP for the Mazda3 so I'm happy with the outcome given the current market. Initial impressions on the Mazda3 are positive. Interior is incr...

$41k, so with WA's trade in tax credit, it cost me about $1.5k to drive it 4300 miles over six months if I factor in the taxes, reg, and shipping I paid when I bought it. :notbad: all things considered. I likely wouldn't have done it if it would have been a bigger loss. It took me a while to be oka...

Right? You should :doit: and get a Defender
Checked with stealer and forums. Looks to be 5-6 months wait. Debating at the moment.
Are they going over sticker near you? Last I checked they were getting listed for $10k over in Seattle, but that was a few months back.

Nice. I really liked the Mazda 3 I drove. I considered getting an AWD hatch instead of the outback, but this was before the turbo was available. It was just a hair too tight for me (I'm 6'2"), but it felt like a much more expensive car than it actually was. Infotainment system was fantastic to...

On the R? $39,285  Still :mindblown: to hear what some people pay for them. Cool car at MSRP, but a really hard sell (for me) at $5 - 10k over. It’s :impressive: that you can trade in above msrp. Seeing similar things on the Tacoma … I may do a thing soon… Right? You should :doit: and get a De...

Welp, been driving this thing pretty extensively lately. Regularly taking 4 people in it over the last few weeks, everyone is surprised by the space inside and comfort in the back. I doubt luck had much to do with it. :dat: To touch on what Griff said above, I think Chris tremendously undersells him on DFD, not in a bad way either. Just a super modest/humble/pragmatic guy. But in reality he has decades of auto industry experience and beyond that management/project leadership/...

I like my own space and couldn't rent again, but it would be really hard to jump in right now. The current market is stupid but hard to say when or even if it'll get less stupid. This might be the norm for a while. Yeah, there are only going to be more and more people in America's metropolitan area...
