Going camping after work this weekend, drove the truck and glamper to work so we can leave from here...wife's going to meet me at my office. Stupid Dream Cruise has clogged up all the roads around me. :megusta: Quiet-ish weekend for us. Meeting some friends at a restaurant for dinner tomorrow. :ion...

Burgers acquired and demolished after leg day last night. Back to Shake Shack. Two shack burgers, chicken sandwich, a fries. I normally have them leave the mayo off the chicken sandwich, but left it on last night and it was fucking  :fatty: Still no shack :sawce: on the burgers though, I’m n...

the oem plastic belly pan that exposes pan is $12 from china. $60 from oem cars245 and $110 on ecs. That does really nothing other than air and splashes. there is some OEM+ hd skid plate option from the alltrack. its metal i think. could be HD plastic tho. :notsure: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=...

Yep, for sure.

It works fantastic for my use, but I never do that much meat at the same time. Also agreed on searing after smoking, pretty tough to do on the Kamado.
Continue, Mr. Penguin.

the oem one is about 500. the metal ones are $300 all in iirc. I dont feel i need one honestly. The metal pan should be much more robust. Im pretty  in the lack of ability in the composite plastic pan. $500 for a plastic belly pan is :ludacris: . It's that much even on e-acca or cars245? the o...

:waxer: how is that ribeye aging? It's getting firm and dark. :dedong: Should be ready to slice in just about 2 weeks. Yesterday, my initial reaction was to go to the :eeyore: :bread: but Im really quite thankful. After walking out to hop in my car I saw a massive oil puddle. I immediately wanted to lift it and see what went wrong and fix it. I scrambled to find my little rubber pinch weld adapter for the jack. I ha...

im always :amaze: at the used rolex market and their likely ability to maintain value. Its a game I just cant understand, while you can walk into several shops and buy a new one. Woah. Dude here may be getting an Hr complaint against him, a few people just sounded pretty offended by him. Talking about how he looked up the OT policy and mandatory OT here can’t last more than 22 days, few other things, blah blah. Older guy goes “that’s the new millennial way of thinking.” Ori...

OT 16: A pirate's life for me!

I think I will buy a smoker this weekend. Highly recommend a Kamado as a do-anything solution. I hated having a separate grill and smoker. so does he. which is why this will be interesting. I fully admit to having too many god damn cooking devices. I dont think the egg style smokes that well.
