As discussed yesterday, you should start a new party called the Forum Party (thank you to Haley for the perfect name).

Yea, but you're far more electable than the current crop.[user not found] wrote:I actually think the libertarians would be easy-ish at this point. They have 50 state ballot access and don't have anyone "on deck" for next time.Detroit wrote: Is there another party you can infiltrate?
I'm no pure libertarian by any stretch of the imagination but...

You should start by learning how to write American properly.[user not found] wrote:To give you all a bit of a peek into my thinking
Starting after inauguration day I am going to release a series of videos on YouTube describing my ideas, policy positions, and how I came to them.
I don't know what happens after that but I figure 12-18 months of that first.

My complaint is not that I don't have anyone to vote for - it's that voting will NEVER result in anyone representing me, period. I think popular vote is fucking retarded.
...besides, you and I agree on very little and you are unelectable anyway. So -

There's nothing that I can do that will actually result in anything other than me having less time and money to enjoy. I'd rather ignore the whole process and live my own damn life than dedicate my whole life to trying to "fix stupid" - and failing because it can't be done.[user not found] wrote:And here we get to the core of the issue, no one represents you (in your opinion) but you refuse to do anything about it. Seriously - I want churches to pay taxes like any other business (and donations to churches to NOT be tax deductible). How do I make that happen?

Vote cast.[user not found] wrote:We can't be the world police anymore but stability of the current world order is very very very firmly in our interest. Taxes: the easiest way to cut taxes is to temporarily raise them. Balance the budget, mostly on the Pentagon's back but not exclusively, slightly raised taxes on the ultra rich (except provide tax incentives to direct investment in firms that employ Americans), take all the income above the balanced budget and pay down the debt. Take the bonus money from lower debt payments and cut taxes. Profit.

I really like the idea of closing tax loopholes by forcing everyone to pay tax. The only loophole and way to reduce tax burden is be investing in companies that directly hire Americans...tax benefit per head hired.
And the foreign policy makes me
