Finalized Closing docs have been sent out. Everything looks correct now. I still don't get why my deposit (paid to the seller) is credited on my end towards my down payment which goes to the lender.
Im done worrying and asking about it tho.

Its closing day boys!
Work has finally calmed TF down.. Its been wild and busy.
So yeah, signing up for $226k more debt in 1 hour.

The next purchase will be (2) nest controls. Probably a cheap 1 for kitchen/living side and a nice gen 3 for bedroom side.

That's why we bought our forever house first. i'm either leaving it feet first or when we need to because it becomes too big to care for/clean properly.

Tired AF. Pretty much non stop since Friday morning. Only a few large items remain. Kitchen and our bedroom still need to go.
Finally got the gas turned on this morning after a bunch of BS.
