They penciled it at only $275k because its already $25k over contract amount and well within cleared as a good loan :dill: I will have to play the equity song and dance in 6 months. Its also not good to have an massive jumps in value in under a years time, as I learned today.

Updates: doing a brief final walk through Thursday night. My agent will check it out friday morning and we close at 11am.

I then move everything I can over to support a party on saturday.

No more crawfish boil :doe: they are over $160/sack. Wouldbe $480 in mudbugs alone plus all the boil stuffs. :nope:
