My new favorite Christmas Song from what turned out to be a local band (Harrisburg/York PA). The lead singer has an amazing set of pipes. Check out their other covers on You Tube (Hallelujah, Hunger Strike, Folsom Prison Blues, Fat Bottomed Girls especially impressed me).

I don’t think anyone here is into their stuff, but I’m very excited about Bright Eyes getting back together. Conor has been releasing stuff under his own name, but the last Bright Eyes branded album came out 11 years ago, which is crazy to think about. They just released the first single off the new album, and it sounds even more like their older stuff than I could have hoped. This could have been a B-side to their 2000 album Fevers and Mirrors, or the EP that came out the same year Don’t Be Frightened Of Turning The Page.

Can’t wait to hear more of the album. They even made bagpipes work on this song without feeling out of place!

Listening to my Pressure CD. This is a good one. Not sure if you've tried it SAWCEman but you might enjoy it as well. There's even some orange vinyls out there.
