I can't stand people that take advantage of people like that, especially the elderly.... I'm going to guess it was the elderly that let him begin work without a written estimate.

They put three more coats of stain on the floors which hid a lot of the marks and spots the missed on the previous stain sessions.
It came out a lot darker than I imagined, but it looks great, I'm really happy with it.
These photos are pretty accurate as to the color too.
