I don't use 'em. It would be nice to have a spotter for AMRAP sets... but I don't have anyone to lift with and I'm not really all about asking randos, usually the place is pretty empty when I go.

200 X 5 on bench today. Not Keg Body Arab kind of stuff, but an improvement over 200X3 a month ago. With bench its always gonna be hard fought gainz for me.
