An SUV is a great utility knife, while gas is cheap it makes the most sense. You can do anything with a 4 runner other than have fun while driving. But it'll get you great places, move all your shit and tow everything you want to tow and it won't break down.Johnny_P wrote: ↑Tue Mar 13, 2018 1:53 pmI'd rather have a 4Runner I think.max225 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 13, 2018 1:48 pm
They are all "smooth and silky" which is an issue when you are actually trying to get on the car. Widely spaced gears and slow shifting... yay welcome to the 90s. They will all be dated on the inside, but look at that car with 160k miles... no rips in the seats, no saggy headliner etc. They are screwed together well... but yea Iphone wasn't around yet, so no angry birds will driving on the center screen.

That's the idea. And I mean I can't exactly have fun while driving in this city anyways. My fun car has 5500 miles on it after 16 months.

I think you should just turo when you want to have fun. When I used to park the C5 for weeks I would average 4500-5000 for the last couple of years. I sold it because I simply wasn't driving it...
I think I'd forget what it is like to drive a car if I drove that little

Seems like all car guys are cut from the same cloth.I'm selling this Miata because I just bought what I eventually wanted to turn this into - a fender-flared K20A2 swapped orange thing:
MIATA or bust
Orange or bust

I love the "only the bumper was replaced" salvage claims on vehicles worth 30-50k. I don't believe em for a second. I have seen major shit like leaky windshields, odd noises, fake parts.Detroit wrote: ↑Wed Mar 14, 2018 4:34 pm https://detroit.craigslist.org/mcb/cto/ ... 06026.html
