Bought a corded Snow blower because it was 50 bucks in sale. Worked great this morning on about 6 inches.

My old gas one had an electric starter that plugged into the wall, worked really well.

Gonna try this reverse sear method for the steaks tonight.

Cook in oven at low (275) heat until desired internal temp/wellness is achieved, then pull out and throw in your pan for 1 minute each side..

Will report back with results.

I'm taking a break from DFD and here is why:

Ya'll have a forum, manage it. I recognize that I will be titled the female who's taking things personally and pitching a bitch but please believe, by way of a few members here that can testify, I have been a contributing member of a car forum that is mostly males since I was 16 (That's 16 years if any of you wanted numbers). I know how this works. I will take the title as bitchy female for this. But frankly, I feel DFD could use a little TLC.

I recognize there will be posts about your shits. I know there will be posts about porn, farts, jerking off, etc. None of which bother me. I know what I signed up for. But if you're going to have a forum, manage it so that if I don't want to participate in those topics, I don't have to. Manage it so that good conversation isn't being washed out by n o n s t o p worthless posting. Some of it is fine, I don't want rules. But when it gets to a point that it's interrupting actual forum growth, manage it. Give it a home and let it live there where it's not a nuisance. You aren't going to get content out of me if I have to go back 8 pages in OT because there are six posts in a row about the fact that you just ate lunch.

Then you shit out lunch.

Then you texted your girlfriend about shitting about your lunch.

Those posts are facebook 7 years ago. When facebook revamped because no one cared and it wasn't working.

I'm looking for things to post and talk about and bullshit like that is preventing it. New threads are a thing! Make them! I don't expect you to participate in my wedding or kitchen threads if you don't want to. Take your mindless brain numbing posts to a thread where I can ignore it and continue to add content in main threads. I recognize OT is a place for off topic conversation but having a one-sided conversation or posting the same type of post over and over and over is not a forum. If you're not making posts in a forum that are generating an ongoing conversation then what is the fucking point?

Which brings me to shitting on actual content. I have tried multiple times to add worthy threads and posts only for a few select members of the forum to completely derail it with unnecessary shit talking. If you don't like the thread, stay out of it. And management of that would be super neat. Off topic is fine, ya'll have a whole thread for it but if you're going to run a forum, run it. You're losing valuable members who want to contribute because the forum isn't being managed.

I truly believe that you have a few members that are ruining it for a lot of people. And also believe I'm not the only one who feels this way. Please note I'd like to make a trip back here but for now, this shit is exhausting. Please fix it so I can come back and not hate it.

For what its worth I had a friend FaceTime me from Romania and he was watching/coaching/laughing at me. But it came out 5/7 and it tasted great. The equivalent of egg omlette but with some milk they fluff up so it becomes an egg pancake. Added some ham & cheese into the liquid/whisked eggs. 5/7
