Man, that turned out great!
Thanks!
As usual with old

shit, it took a lot longer than I originally thought.

I'm now doing a similar job to a small area of original foundation wall inside the stairwell that goes from the kitchen to the garage. It's only about 5-6 feet and it's out of the weather so it "should" be simpler and the repair should last maybe decades.
Then after that is done, probably next week as I'm taking a couple days off, I have an outside outlet that is dead that I have to look into.
And I've got more to do after that.
It never ends...

My

actually has 5 lightening rods on the roof, which was kind of

and kind of

when I first noticed them back when we were in the process of buying it.

Isn't it ridiculous? Been ok the market for years, and will be for longer. I don't think I've ever seen such a crazy house.

It's a pretty

house, albeit a bit over the top. For $3.4 million though, I think I'm living on the West Coast or waterfront in Miami or something.

It is very nice on the Gulf Coast, the demographic is

I haven't spent much time either, but it's the beauty of the Gulf Coast with a large city rather than the

of most of the Gulf Coast.
