That I could not agree more, hence why I look at g37's from time to time, but they are still quite expensive unless you go for 40k+ miles.
Then go for the 40k mile ones. I'd own one of those without a warranty NFG. They're reliable overall.
Own a car out of warranty? :doomed:

This^^^ the car has immense reliability. Its beyond low maint. 5w30 synthetic and 15000km changes here are nothing. In terms of sportscars its one of the easiest to own. We daily'd ours all 4 seasons, road trips etc. Fkn Timex of sportscars it seems. Road noise is about the only real downer for them. Overall the car has very few real weak areas. Turn the key and go. Whats not to like.
How was the ride compared to the STI if you can remember it??

I still like these. Need a :doge: shelf but maybe she could sit shotgun.
It is comparable, maybe slightly more compliant, and that was on 19s with the sport package. The suspension was pretty "soft"

One of the reasons why I'm looking at them. I read on the forums about the timing belt is designed to last to 250k miles, :notsure: if it's true or forum bullshit. Manual's are also hard to find, but I know their auto's are smooth.

well duh, cause not many m3 owners have bad taste as you do.

The manual gets regularly bombed as difficult to operate and a jerky clutch. :iono:

I'm sure the 7AT is fine for anything but all out :stig: race car driving. I'd want the automatic in the G. And no way in hell would I buy an MT if I had a commute with DC traffic. Or Philly burb traffic.

I've witnessed the BMW badge-off in real life. It was :fullretard:  when the 5 series owner said to the other dude, "just get back in your 3 series and shut the fuck up"

LOL
I can't make this up...

I was once talking to a chick at a bar, she told me she drove a BMW. So I was like "cool, is it a three series? I like those" and this bitch legitimately slapped me across the face as hard as she could and said "it's a 530i, I wouldn't drive a three series. "

Right so I should quit now.
Fuck y’All
There are countless reasons you should quit.

1. Incessant flamethrower attacks on truck beds.
2. Incessant dialogue about "actual cost" of vehicle when everyone knows monthly payment is all that matters.
3. Can't maintain any loyalty to AZN NATION.
4. Complain about paltry 300% appreciation of eastbay condo because it's not as much as your brogrammers in the city.
5. You think that the entire world will be Ubering in "Pods" in 2 years when that won't even happen in the Pay Area.
6. Ethnic heritage from dictatorship turned mobster run nation
7. Cannot look at the asking price of any vehicle without instantly blurting out that it's actual value is $10K less.
8. Cannot just buy a good car and enjoy it despite the known and complained about transaction costs endemic to California
9. Had to resort to the mail for a white girlfriend.
10. You're from California.

Need I continue?

Gotta be honest, I don't think I miss the manual as much as I'm used to atleast driving the urban east coast/northeast, especially when I mostly had it when I worked part time, and college, so I wasn't in traffic on most of my weekday driving.

Right Zs are trashed about the same way the 3rd owner M cars are... 20-40k is affordable for :derp: 's willing to go in at 10% and not afford maintenance, get that thing repo'd.

40k+ keeps the trash out. I was talking about reliability... Most 370s are very solid even with abuse
That :truk: motor doe. The VQ is a very stout engine and can really take a beating. I think it's probably THE most impressive 6 cyl engine line in existence in terms of durability, maintenance, reliability, and NA power.

I'm tempted to go look at one, there are two-ish year old models around for under $20k. Seems like a hell of a car for that price. :megusta:

They're not dog friendly, otherwise I would. My current car is great for dog hauling with the rear seats removed and a plastic cargo mat, when I had my truk/WRX, they would ride on the backseat on a blanket that needed to be washed daily.

I can totally see why. You basically have to go STI. WRX is just vanilla. But dat 40k price tag doe.
