Coming down with a cold for sure. Took some meds this morning. Luckily tonight is an off night from the gym. Hopefully I can shake this thing quick.
I always hope that. And then end up with 2 days missed from work and 3 weeks of runny nose and being miserable. Just happened last month.
Yeah.. I wouldn't mind a day of missed work. Really wanted to call out today to fully try to recover, but I figured I'd see how today goes with the meds and the day off from the gym. If I feel worse tomorrow morning I'll consider calling out.

I think that I need to eat more salad, 39 yrs old and I'm still pounding junk food and read meats whenever I want. This year and onwards is gonna be better
Good salads are 5/7. Eat up my friend!
We love thinking of things to add to them. Some obvious ones are hard boiled egg, bacon, grilled chicken, shrimp, avocado, various cheeses, radishes, beets, garbanzo beans, pine nuts, craisins, tomatoes, and cucumbers (obv) chopped walnuts, boiled chestnuts, mushrooms, green/red/yellow/orange peppers, etc.

Luckily they're pretty flexible here, and I put in some unpaid OT over the last three weeks, so if I need a day off, I'm all caught up on my projects and shouldn't get behind at all.

on this day another
is gonna get f00ked by the healthcare system
I just submitted my payment for my CT scan/staples in my head to my FSA for reimbursement. Should be getting a bill soon for the biopsy of that mole on my back last month which I'll also submit.
Company put $500 in for all of us
, and I knew I'd have medical expenses, so I put in $1200 myself since it comes out pre-tax.

Upon quick review it looks like a traditional Latin derived language that survives in a few clustered areas of Europe. Latin is an
language to study. 5/7 on my radar for things to learn.

Joe Rogan said that there are studies where they have played sounds of bugs eating leaves next to trees and the trees changed the chemical make up of the leaves near the sound to make the leaves taste badly.
Salad is murder
So what kinds of trees do you put in your salads?

Main doctor came in and said she’s healthy as a horse just a small ulcer due to the medicine intake and general lack of proper hydration.
She feels way better and will get discharged shortly, and return to work.
As long as I know she’s healthy
