Thanks! I’m pretty happy with how they turned out and feel like it was money well spent to keep the garage nice and protected.
Quality time makes the house a home.SAWCE wrote: ↑Thu Feb 09, 2023 8:13 pmHahaha took care of that last night. Air mattress is extra… bouncy.
We finally got over to the house last night about 8:00, unpacked a few small things, then hopped in the bathtub, lit up a joint, and split a pizza. Smoking while soaking in a warm tub is 5/7.
Moved a few other things over today, will do a few more small loads tomorrow, then Saturday we’ll grab a uhaul and bring the rest over in one trip. The garage floor is being epoxied right now, so we’ll have to park outside for a week while that finished curing, but glad we scheduled it for day one and don’t have to worry about pulling shit out of the garage to do it later on.
Sans joint, since we’ve both decided to smoke far less frequently going forward, this is going to be a weekly ritual. Quality time together just soaking and chatting. I stoked up on some epsom salt bath bombs for themDesertbreh wrote: ↑Fri Feb 10, 2023 11:57 amQuality time makes the house a home.SAWCE wrote: ↑Thu Feb 09, 2023 8:13 pm

I never thought I’d say this, but the tub is almost too long for me. I don’t have anything to brace my feet against if my lower back is against the wall so I slip down and have to work to keep my head upDesertbreh wrote: ↑Fri Feb 10, 2023 1:56 pmNew construction. I’ve always wanted one too. This will fit the bill for now, but would love to do a hot tub on the deck out back one day… the jets are
Peasant. They are moving 86" TVs out of Costco for $1200 or some such. 65 inch Samsungs are 500 bucks.SAWCE wrote: ↑Wed Feb 15, 2023 1:51 pm Living area all set up
Ordered ruggable rugs yesterday at a discount president’s day discount and an extra 15% off referral discount on top of that. 9’x12’ for under the couch/living room area, 6’x9’ for under the dining table/chairs, a 2.5’x8’ runner for the kitchen, and. 2.5’x12’ for the entry area hallway.
We ordered samples for blinds as well.. a natural wood, off white, white, and a cool charcoal color that I hope looks good in person. Will order the full set of blinds once those show up and we decide which color to go with. Also getting those on P-Day sales.
Rugs will be here next Tuesday and hoping to have the blinds in shortly after that.
Our old 50” TV looks tiny now. Will replace that with a 65” later in the year and pull the couch back a little further as well when we do that.
Haha we may go up to 75”. I don’t watch tv/movies enough to justify going bigger than that. $1200 is wild for that size though. I bought my first 40” Vizio for like $1600 12-13ish years ago.Desertbreh wrote: ↑Wed Feb 15, 2023 1:54 pmPeasant.
