Roommate will only do $950 three-ways. I told my girlfriend I will pay $1050 if she wants to pay $850. It's just more convenient for everyone so she didn't have to move all of her stuff back home and it would cost her a lot. My roommate said that he would be barely paying anything less than he's paying now, so it's not worth it for four months. I get his point...but she's still not getting her own room or bathroom. He does have the upper hand here...

4 months aint that long, and thats still a good for all involved. Do it and revisit in 4 months.
