But that is the reality here. You want a house... you need a 1.5M loan- downpayment. I am also not exactly setting money on fire here. Just pointing out the reality of living here. It is like you take the "income" here and divide it by 1/2 to 1/3 to equate to rest of the country.

Except housing is the only thing priced that way and you get all of that money back plus epic appreciation, so it's really the best place in the world to live if you have capital for the down payment and a decent job in the area. You have both, you have literally won at life as long as you don't fuck it up. Skip the apartment and get the that you want to use for the next 15 years, then retire.

is my masterplan pt deux. Mk1 trial period will start in the apartment since she works in SF and our current arrangements don't allow us to see each other during the week. She doesn't wanna live in my giant "estate" and neither do I. I don't really live in the ghetto it is a nice gated townhouse community with approximately 150 units, we have about 5 bad apples, 2 of which are around me.

is also not a bad plan, but I am trying to see if there is a possibility of a giant bubble, so it would be nice to ride it out, this time without losing my ass and keep paying for an underwater house (didn't really happen to me since I already paid it down significantly) however those around me flipped homes made a few hundred k each, then blew it on a rolex's, maseraties etc, then walked the fuck away because they were underwater and FUCK the man.

For some odd reason there were a ton of crazy cars in a short freeway stretch all trying to race one another...

Hellcat/6.4 Challenger (pulled on it from 50-100) he was pizzed. It was loud AF.

So i actually lined up with the fuckus and GT-3 from 20-100. I was really surprised to see the Fuckus keep up, I am wondering if it was tuned. I pulled on the both in my camry but we were neck to neck from 40-60, the fuckus and GT-3 were neck to neck. This car is a fking beast
