Higman Rd, pass the power line cutout, and there's a road on the right to get to the tower. It looks like a few people have done it on Strava. I bet there is a view up there. We're near the top of the hill on the South side of town, maybe going further south would indeed lead to finishing on a downhill of sorts though? I've never really been near that radio tower for example. We pretty much live at the school:
