S2K is a car that I'd bet is relatively economic downturn proof.

I was just thinking about that too,
Nephew of a a few first gen immigrant on DFD, resident turk, and ex nazi egg lover now driving a middle class mom mobile.
That is what I get for thinking about buying a dang Evora.

This is fucking awful. The 2019/2020 was no real looker either. I had hopes it would be good because the Sonata is a banger.
Sadly they're keeping the NA 2.0 147 HP wonder as the base motor. Supposedly going to be an "N-line" model later. There will be a hybrid available with a 6 speed dual clutch but only 139 HP
Interior is good though. I like these 4 parallel spoke wheels they're using now.

Have you seen the other exterior photos? The steering wheel is the least concerning bitDetroit wrote: ↑Thu Mar 19, 2020 8:24 amThat steering wheel....Johnny_P wrote: ↑Wed Mar 18, 2020 11:10 pm

Are you new here? This is DFD where we dwell on the insignificant details.

Yeah this.
Also. I wasn’t set on the new sonata in pics. In person it’s amaze. Even the steering wheel looks retarded in pics but it was super nice in person. Lots more places to rest your hand while driving. Felt pretty lux.

The whole car is just horrific. Most of the Genesis efforts in the last 3 years have been impressive, but this thing looks like some sort of cartoon.Detroit wrote: ↑Thu Mar 19, 2020 8:24 amThat steering wheel....Johnny_P wrote: ↑Wed Mar 18, 2020 11:10 pm

Hyundai is a payment shopper brand
Genesis is some sort of brand for the "rich" who don't want to be seen as "rich" completely different vehicles/purchases/customer profiles.

Palm Springs has shut down all non-essential businesses and installed shelter in place. The rest of the Desert Cities are NFG, except for closing city offices and asking people to follow the 10 person rule. So yes. But I'm not really going out and about for a while, at least until PEOPLE HAVE TOILET PAPER MAX. The 0/84 ain't going away anytime soon.max225 wrote: ↑Thu Mar 19, 2020 2:43 pmAre the lots even open, we have shelter in place, only service departments are open because gotta eatDesertbreh wrote: ↑Thu Mar 19, 2020 2:40 pm
