Making a few changes this week... my hamstrings lag behind my quads, so we’re splitting them out into their own day and throwing a little more volume at them. I’ll be lifting six days a week now, which will burn more total calories every week with the added volume. I’m excited about this as I’d rather burn calories lifting and stimulate muscle protein synthesis an extra time than cut out calories from my intake or increase my cardio.
On the drug side, we’re adding in trenbolone and masteron. 50mg each every other day. Phasing out the equipoise I’ve been taking. I think I have 2-3 more shots worth in my vial. Then we’re increasing my clenbuterol by 20mcg every day, so I’ll take 60 total split into 3 doses.

You should put all the pics in the first post here to show the progression.

I was planning on doing something like that at the very end. Post my starting pic, my heaviest this year at 230, mini cut down to 210, bulk back up to 220 where we started prepping for the show, then pics from the night before or day of. Something like thatCalvinball wrote: ↑Mon Oct 01, 2018 7:55 pm You should put all the pics in the first post here to show the progression.

Thanks! I hit them twice a week after lifting... three sets of crunches at 25-50 reps per set, then three sets of hanging leg/knee raises at 15-20 sets. I have a hard time going above 30 reps for the crunches and my sets usually look like 35, 30, 20-25. My grip is finally improving enough that I can hold onto a bar long enough to get sets of 18 on the knee raises.

Danke.
I need to listen to his latest podcast with Layne Norton and whoever else he was talking to/debating with. Layne was one of my big inspriations when I first got started with lifting since he was a tall natural body builder. 6'3" IIRC. Competed around 230lbs. Before that all I ever saw was the dudes on the Olympia stage who after Arnold seemed to top out at 5'11" and even that is considered tall for body building.
Holy smokes. You look great man. Fucking fantastic.
You've come a long way this year.

Thanks KY!
I was planning on it, since I usually only see clean shaven competitors, but my coach mentioned how cool my beard looks a few weeks ago while we were posing and I said I was bummed about having to shave for the show and he said not to it’s not common for competitors to have I’ll beards, but he said he’s never seen someone get knocked down placings at all for it, and that in some cases it helps draw attention to the competitors. He thinks that’ll be the case for me, said to just get it cleaned up nicely and shaped for the show and look “like a fucking Viking”.
So, no, I won’t shave it off completely, but it’ll be a bit smaller.

Two week progress report. Dropped to 199.4 last Saturday and then a small drop to 199 flat this Saturday. Since weightless has slowed, we’ll pulling out more of my carbs. Losing half a cup of rice and my banana.
Don’t mind the sweaty undies, I had a buddy in town sleeping in my bed and didn’t want to wake him taking pictures before I went to do my cardio yesterday.

My resting BP is actually pretty low still. They only come out like this when I’m lifting hard. When they’re visible in a relaxed state I’ll go get my BP and hematocrit levels tested again and donate if needed.
