Like the Nazi soldiers eh? I recently compared my insurance adjuster to a Nazi cause he said he was just following orders. He didn’t like that.D Griff wrote: ↑Fri Oct 18, 2024 12:06 pmTruth is, I don't know, but I think 90+% of the folks who are the ones actually holding weapons just follow orders. I am not. Sure, some are, and regular infantry...aint too bright. But you seriously think a college educated air force captain would follow orders that involved firing on americans? If you do, you dont think.

I mean, that is just fundamentally what military culture is... not saying it's great. There is a reason why they recruit 18 year olds with zero other options.J-Ho-Fo-Show69 wrote: ↑Fri Oct 18, 2024 12:32 pmLike the Nazi soldiers eh? Yeah, the base range is like 100-110K which seems pretty normal. Per Glassdoor though, their commish/bonus seems to be a lot more lucrative than my current place, so we'll see. I mean... if it's a lateral move, meh, probably wouldn't bother. Hopefully in January the writing should be on the wall on whether I survive this 'merger'. I'd be kind of appalled if I didn't, butmax225 wrote: ↑Fri Oct 18, 2024 12:41 pmGetting a job right now seems hard af, my woman went through like 5 interviews with crickets … pay seems to be down 20-50% from peak white collar daysD Griff wrote: ↑Fri Oct 18, 2024 12:09 pm Got an interview with Netgear next week for territory sales manager for their Pro AV business in the Southeast. was kind of sensitive about blasting it out to the world after the miscarriages and struggles.
