Post your Garages up here, and let's vote to see who is the king, or queen of the "Best Garage of DFD" title!
Size doesn't always win out, as we should focus on tools, serviceability, ease of access, etc.
Keep such questions in mind:
Is this a place you can see your self doing a timing belt job in?
How easily can I get to the fire extinguisher?
Where is the trash can?
If I fart in here, how long will it linger?
etc.
So to nominate yourself, post a few of your garage pics, and I'll add you to the powl!
Vote changing has been enabled. As other post, feel free to change your vote.
Deadline for posting a photo is one week (7.21.2025)

For reference, I don’t work on cars anymore. Most of my tools are in the back of my shop in storage. My garage is where my cars sleep, I work, I workout, I watch football. It’s where I would live if I weren’t married.
Things that make it cool:
Insulated garage door (done myself per the Craftsmanship)
Mini split for those brutal Charlotte summers and heat for the one month it’s cold here.
85 inch TV for sporting events and YouTubing car reviews and maintenance videos.
Recliner
Bench press and weights
Bikes
Frig full of beer
Recessed lighting for when I’m on a zoom call. They’re also dimmable for when I wanna set the mood for some garage sex with the wife (que max telling me I’m white trash)!
11 year old 3 series owned by three members of DFD, maybe a 4th if Cale purchases it.
A built in bar that opens up to my patio.
Things to hate:
my wife’s stationary bike. Get outta here…
I don’t have great storage
I have no visible tools in these pics
You have to hang out with me while here

I have a shelf dedicated to oil, filter, brake fluid and three brands of coolant. There's an entire enclosed cabinet just for the purpose of auto detailing and paint correcting equipment. I have tubs of E30 parts and containers of painting supplies.
An entire car was built here. If you can't find a tool in this garage, Mr. Arizona, you don't belong anywhere near a car

Your garage is YUGE. Really nice 4/7 setup there. Some organization to clean up the clutter / add storage and more lighting would upgrade this to 5/7 status.J-Ho-Fo-Show69 wrote: ↑Mon Jul 14, 2025 8:05 pm For reference, I don’t work on cars anymore. The split for climate control is a game changer. If I ever build a garage I'll be doing this 100%.

The mini split, lounge chairs and pass through window are STRONG.

Some say that bmw has been in both of the garages. Also it has been owned by 3 members of this group. All we know is it is not the stig, but it is the stigs bavarian superleggera cousin

Overall vote for my fosho, current fleet line up,
wins, probably because l currently envy his 2 car solution. Can't have those in the city
