Ah. Yeah I can’t carry my daughter in her seat anymore. I just make her walk now lol. She’s still in the baby seat tho. We might switch her out next month because shes nearly maxed out on height. She’s 1.5yo now.
Dang. Adelaide is about to be too big by like 8-9 months, she was 27” at the sixth month visit, max is 30”. Also she is heavy to carry in the seat at over 20 pounds.

I don’t think I’m getting the UppaBaby ish again, going Graco like a poor probably.
I should clarify. We had the uppa baby infant seat. She sized out of that super early. So we used our old infant seat and she’s still in it. Graco.

We had bought an uppa baby stroller used and wanted to be able to click the seat into it. They don’t make graco adapters.

My Graco has been excellent. Literally 0 complaints. Does exactly what it needs to do. This kid :troywax: shit is why people stay poor. It’s going to be in a landfill in 6 months. No need to go dumb here

I will say, the high end kid stuff is basically money in money out free to own if you buy it used on FB. We’ve gotten mostly used shit and bought very little outside of formula and diapers. Some used clothes, used Baby Brezza, used bottle washer. Rest was gifts.

I haven’t been able to sell many things used. But bought 90% of shit used other than the graco.

Peoples kids piss shit and vomit on the seats it’s a health hazard imo. And $149 was worth it

Yeah the seats are kinda legit gross. I’m definitely going to try to sell ours when she’s done though.

Slim 2 fit … but I’m pretty sure I bought mine for 149.99 and I guess the tariffs are biting … Jesus 169 for a piece of plastic with foam. And it wasn’t a Amazon crime deal or anything
Thanks for the link!

These are good too. Just bulkier because it’s both rear and forward facing

One does not simply buy the cheapest car seat available.

Graco kept me and all my siblings safe growing up.. not that we were in a ton of accidents.. I can only really recall one. Don’t remember if I was in a car seat or not for that. Was in the back of my dad’s Golf while she was driving.

Car seats are like bike helmets. They’re regulated and the safety difference will be basically nonexistent.

More expensive gets you smaller, lighter, better airflow, nicer looking materials, etc.

More fun shenanigans from State Farm. We got a letter from our insurance that State Farm is refusing to pay out the cost of the new car seat from when the :rage: 4 was rear ended.

We were already reimbursed by our insurance so I don't know how it'll play out but :aintcare: . Let the insurance companies duke it out over a car seat.
