Urus ~$250k
Cybertruck ~$80k

Approximate 1:1.28 house to car costs. No idea what dude does for money. One of our several Slavic neighbors.
To be fair that house is what? 800k now? if you had one of those crazy appreciation housing areas... In florida a 2015 house purchased for 400k would be worth 1.2M today...
Here where I lie... it would be 400>550k or so.

Zillow’s estimate is $665k..
So using that number they’re 1.33:1 house to car.

Living above their means perhaps, thats kind of the norm from people around those parts. But definitely disappointed with his choice of vehicles. Im looking at you Tesla.
Also my parents house, mind you townhouse, one car garage, we had a neighbor who had a GTR, 911, m3 comp, Huracan. They're definitely not slavic, but possibly korean as it is a predominantly korean neighborhood.

Reminds me of the house in my old neighborhood. I bought the house in 2012 for $175k and was one of the pricier ones in the neighborhood. Basically all starter homes in a suburb with mediocre schools. A family down the street had: new Ram 1500, R35 GT-R, and a new Suburban. Definitely more in vehicles than house.
