Just picked it up. Appears mint - will probably end up now having to clear bra it - there’s not even a hint of a chip on the bumper. Small amount of curb rash on the r/r wheel.
Will throw it on the rack at work tomorrow to give it a once over, and buy lunch for the VW foreman at work next door to swing by and scan it.
Car drives nicely. Will just need to get used to the infotainment shit being obtuse… but just set it to 70 and called it a day.
CarMax continues to be a breath of fresh air. Car was price as advertised, tax and registration. No doc fees or bullshit charges. They offer in house gap and warranty ($3k for 5 years 100k). They looked at the Miata and just made sure it was as described.
Rate was competitive, 4.74x36, 4.9x60 and 5.49x72 were offered. Lightstream was at 7.49x60.
Was able to complete most paperwork and finance app in the morning on the website. Rolled in, test drove it for 20 minutes, and was on the way out the door 50 minutes after I arrived. 10 minutes of that was me going over the car after the drive.
Glad you're alright dude.
We need someone besides to carry on the egg legacy

I don't understand anything anymore.
Probably the biggest move since Max getting the same BMW and Tacoma twice.
It be what it be... I bought the actual same car twice so I'm probably the closest to of all here. You've got the honor of the second spot with multiple Tessies, Tacos, and IXes.
But to be fair the bros at Lexus managed to produce a version where the tailgate hinge does not separate from the rest of the car.
I think it’s documented on DFD that this problem does in fact exist on the as well.
I thought that was the fuel door spring? But I looked at both of them side by side and the does not use the same mechanism. There's no spring in the fuel door hinge that I could see and it operates off the central locking system so there's no lever to pull in the cabin.

I may be , might've mixed up some of the 4 failz.
Details get lost when the volume of bitching is high.

Yes it's a cool car. But prepare the lube/sawdust.
Yep and I just gave zero fux about the Rage to begin with, sorry Gberg. I’d never even heard of that model Lexus until a few weeks ago. I scroll past the Rage4 stuff looking for M3 pics.

The only Rage 4 that had any splash was the V6 one which was, for a time period, the quickest Toyota in the lineup 0-60.
