I find most produce is acceptable but some things are bad depending on season (tomatoes and strawberries in winter for example) just about everywhere.
A wegmans just opened up by me and it's nice but I'm not a huge fan of the way they'll stock a certain product and then replace it with their own shittier version of said product.
This is one of the reasons my family quit shopping there 10+ years ago. They'll replace a name brand product with a "Wegmans organic" labeled product that costs more.

The prepared food and shit tho is :nice:

Definitely. Especially with the new :baby: we've been getting the gold pan stuff for easy dinners during the week.

I have a mean one by the sunroof that I think I’ll try shoving weather stripping between the headliner and roof to silence. And a few in the dash behind some plastic trim panels.
I turn up the stereo.
I bought a toyota.

I wonder if its a temperature thing cold brings out the squeeks/rattles ?... I don't really have rattles... even in the POS 15 year old TSX.

Well it’s made by Subaru.

I dunno, I do listen to audio pretty much always but I don’t notice any rattles in our cars.

Ah, right. I mean, I hope it's as rattle-free as you think it is.

Speaking of Subaru, and apropos of nothing, my bro finally got rid of his shitty old JSW TDI and bought a new Cucktrek a few months ago. So far, he's really enjoying it.

:notbad: Cucktreks are great for most people, I've enjoyed my rentals well enough.

:iono: about Subaru quality, but the 86 does seem to be pretty well built. Nothing rattles like my :poorvette: :lolol: The :mk6: was bad if it was very cold.

Speaking of Poorvettes and apropos of nothing... I don't think I've mentioned my next door neighbor's car saga... will report this over in the car chat. Should be some Breh Approved content.

Temperature changes do seem to bring them out. This car rattles quite a bit. My Subaru had some buzzing at the tweeter grilles which was easy to quiet down. The GTI was bananas. I ripped half the interior panels out in the front and lined them with felt tape to quiet it.

The CRV is dead quiet. Despite my wife slamming it into every single pothole in existence.

My Mk7 definitely rattles way less than my Mk6, especially in the winter. In summer they're roughly comparable with the Mk7 maybe being slightly less rattle-prone, but in the winter it's night and day different. The Mk7 is almost unchanged from winter to summer.

It's all awesome. The highlight was the PWT CF riding up an down the street until their ATV's break.

The Mini was definitely worse with rattling this winter than when I bought it late last spring and through the summer. But like Breh, I turn the radio up and :aintcare: it’s 22 years old, I’ll never chase down and fix all of the rattles at this point.

:dat: also i started noticing more squeeks in my accord now that the weather has warmed up. Especially in driver and center console where cupholders and storage are. Subaru on the other hand, not a single squeek or rattles to report minus the speaker on moderate volume. Feels better in overall quality, probably due to made in japan.

Also my 04 tsx never had a single rattle nor squeek and i abused the shit outta that thing

Weather is warming up. Red rocket achieved 68 mpg going to work today. Should do about 35-38 heading home. So averaging over 50 again.

Yeah it’s a good car overall. The fact that it can do this type of economy but also turn a 6.5 second 0-60 is pretty great. It’s just a rather boring car thats tough to really love.

My parents are here this week and they are in a brand new Mazda CX30. He back seat is so tight, I could hardly fit my son’s seat in there. So glad I bailed on the Mazda3 idea for my land yacht.

CX30 is too small for kids. A co workers Gf had a CX3 (granted slightly smaller). And I couldn't even fit in the front. I was touching 5 different plastic panels.. head was touching roof, door card with right elbow, bunched up against armrest, knees were touching dashboard. :disgust:

Yeah it’s tight. I mean it seems nice enough inside but it’s way too small imo. If I were in college I might not care.

More evidence that current seat sizes require a 1970 Seda DeVille.

I got in an uber for the older cx3 one time, i had to drag my legs in the back of the seats that i asked the driver pull forward for me. As ive been in some really small cars overseas. I found cx3 to be one of the worst for its size.

Another exibit why suv's and crossovers gained in popularity while the midsize sedan market has been declining vs econobox sedans are more out there as well.

the amount of local populous that just throws toddlers (2-4/5) into a car with out any seats blows my mind. I see it near daily around town.

It takes me a good 2-3 mins to buckle up both kids. As I watch on to people with 3 kids climbing around the back seat.... :mindblown:

I used to see that all the time in Philly. Kids with pacifiers literally hanging out of the back windows as the Altima flies around a stopped city bus on the wrong side of the road.

Things are a bit quieter in the suburbs.
