So, I have a listing with a shed in the backyard. We're through inspections, and the buyer wants my seller to tear the shed down, cause there is a little wood rot on the siding piece on the door..... I legit think people are getting dumber.
I listed the shed for sale on Facebook marketplace on behalf of my seller, guy said he will come pick it up for $200...... You can't make this shit up.
for reference, here is the shed.
as in he will pay you 200 or is asking for 200?
seems like a decent shed. Is it one of those self supporting truckable ones? I'd have just moved somewhere less in the way.... but i see their ghetto non-code power is why its so close.
the buyer is an idiot too. who doesnt want a shed? My shed was in very sorry shape, and while not 'done' ive done some servicing and made it alright (new roof, fixed drainage issues)
It’s easily movable, and yea, he is gonna pay $200 and come pick it up in a rollback.
This buyer I think has the tism or something. Some of the other “repair” asks were
There’s an Arby’s in walking distance to my house too Never been to it. I have walked to the Waffle House across the street but probably won’t again, a bit too methy.
First of all, you can’t see the Arby’s sign from your house….
Also, Arby’s is probably way higher quality meat than Taco Bell. You should give it a try.
That Waffle House got a remodel and isn’t that bad.
I'll defend my trash.
Although, I haven't had Taco Bell in a couple of years. Since I started eating well and losing weight in late 2022, I haven't had much unhealthy fastfood.

I fucking love Taco Bell and Arby's. Unfortunately my closest TBell is a joint KFC/TB location so the food from either just isn't as good.
Yeah I won't go into one of those things. What is it, a vending machine?

Yes it's a cool car. But prepare the lube/sawdust.

I had Wendy’s last night… had to drive home from DC on my work trip, flight cancelled due to ‘snow’. Everything was closing and I was hungry and just wanted to stay on the road with as little delay as possible.
Diet Dr Pepper, Dave’s Classic, fries… all pretty dang good. That said typically TB is my only fast food. It’s better for you than most restaurants, at least a meal isn’t like 2600 calories.

House down the street for us just went up for sale.
I knew the guy there was bizarre. Rides some strange fiberglass covered recumbent bike. Took a ticket for it to the Ohio supreme court and lost and I think that was the straw that broke the camel's back, and now the house is for sale
House is $100k over priced and never been updated. They've been trying since October to get it on the market. You couldn't pay me enough to deal with that.

Not my bitching.. but Michelle’s best friend and her husband are buying a 1600sqft townhouse for $1M. Wild. I don’t know how they’re going to afford their monthly. They’re putting 10% down, so they’ll have PMI to pay, on top of the 7.5% rate they locked into. I’m calculating an $8,300ish payment.
This is the same couple where he had the now defunct motorcycle boot company that he blew all his money on.. she had to get on him about going out and buying a Tesla the second he got an actual job. Which I learned he got a demotion at for not performing up to snuff

I think I had posted about how him and his sister apparently have a rental property “in the Bay Area” (not sure where it actually is and this dude exaggerates like crazy). When they knew they wouldn’t be renewing their lease, they asked her (sister) to evict the renter and let them live there for free.99 and for her to sacrifice that rental income. Guessing she said Not sure how much he has coming in from that every month, but it definitely explains some of how he stayed afloat paying crazy rents in downtown SD while his company was failing.
