In addition to allegedly lying to Congress, Fauci has been variously accused on social media of malfeasance in oversight of the type of virology research, which may have caused the covid pandemic. He’s also accused of helping to cover up a laboratory origin of covid.


Members of the public have weighed in on different sides of the issue of a pardon. I am inclined to favor a last-minute pardon as Biden leaves office next week for the following reasons:



2. Even if prosecuted, it is unlikely that Fauci would be convicted. Especially in deep blue DC where such a trial would likely take place. Fauci remains very popular and admired in many regions of the country. Finding a jury of 12 who would vote unanimously for a conviction seems an impossible task that few prosecutors would want to undertake, no matter what the evidence.


4. A pardon would serve as a lasting badge of dishonor. Especially for those who would most like to see him prosecuted. If Fauci had done nothing criminal, then why would a pardon be necessary?

a trial, whether or not it results in conviction, is a means to surface information. the actual conviction is relatively unimportant especially if it comes down to technical semantics about whether "serially passaging a virus through a murine model to enhance infectivity" constitutes "gain of function work."

a court may run on technicalities, but public opinion can see a big obvious thing when the pachyderm is plopped into the parlor.

here in our hyper-focused highly informed rabbithole of covidian assessment, it's easy to forget an important salient:

most of america does not know this stuff.

they still think covid-19 was a bat virus in a wet market or maybe a pangolin.

and that is not a belief that we want to leave intact.

most of the american public have no idea that the NIH paid ecohealth to create covid 19 then their leadership lied about it.

they have no idea the the NIH as an agency and its staffers as individuals were paid royalties by moderna and bioNtech (pfizer) to license the mRNA payload for their covid vaccines.

they do not know that tony and the NIH staffers knew this all along and were taking aggressive and deliberate steps to sidestep and hide from FOIA so they could keep coloring outside the lines and feathering nests.

in our little slice of the world, this is common knowledge and common parlance, but in the rest?

this is exotic information widely doubted and disparaged.

so let's get all the definitive documents into court/congress and air the laundry.

I tend to agree with the kitty. Even if a trial is a waste of resources and a distraction from the important work that needs to be done, this massive abuse of power needs to be recorded in the official record. While I am not a fan of the government using 'the process as the punishment,' if it deters some other future abuse of the system in this way perhaps it would be worth it in this instance.

BREAKING: ICAN Acquires Critical FDA Safety Reports Concerning COVID-19 Vaccines After Years of Litigation

During the pandemic, FDA conducted analyses of COVID-19 vaccine adverse events and tried to hide the results from the public. After two years of FOIA requests and lawsuits, FDA finally produced a portion of its “Empirical Bayesian (EB) data mining” reports. This type of analysis was designed to detect COVID-19 vaccine safety signals using VAERS reports. The data should be very revealing as far as what issues FDA was seeing during the vaccine rollout—especially given the agency has kept this data secret for years. This is the first time this critical data has been released to the public.

An initial review of the records produced has revealed a long list of adverse events that far surpassed FDA’s “standard alert threshold”—meaning, there is (or should have been) great concern on the part of federal health authorities who were privy to this data. As just one example, ICAN discovered that “heavy menstrual bleeding” and “menstruation irregular” began showing up on the reports as early as April 2021!

The EB analyses are one type of report that FDA and CDC were supposed to be producing as part of the safety monitoring of the COVID-19 vaccines. If you recall, CDC planned to detect safety signals using a method called Proportional Reporting Ratio, or PRR. After denying that any PRR records existed, ICAN was forced to sue in order to obtain CDC’s PRR data. Once we received it, it became exceedingly clear why CDC tried to keep it buried: numerous concerning conditions far exceeded CDC’s threshold for safety detection! We expect to see much of the same with the EB data.

ICAN is working on an in-depth analysis of this sought-after EB data and will update you with its findings. We encourage other independent analysts to do the same.

My daughter is an E4 (USN), stationed in Naples, IT 6th fleet. A captain is handing out letters rejecting all waivers this week. She got hers today. They have five days either to get vaccinated or to begin the process of administrative separation. She is appealing and that might delay things by a month.

As things stand, she is likely to get an other than honorable discharge. It’s very sad because she has served her country well and done her duty.

Even worse, by Aug. 24, 2021, when Secretary of Defense Lloyd J. Austin III mandated the shots, it was clear that the mRNA jabs carried a significant risk of myocarditis and pericarditis for men under 40, who make up about three-quarters of active-duty service members.

In other words, the mandate was entirely political - just another effort by the White House to normalize Covid jabs and make anyone who didn’t take them feel excluded from American life.

Senator Warren should know that her current Senate Minority Leader Senator Chuck Schumer (D-NY) was, at the time, a member of the House and should presumably know that the bill that was passed to give vaccine makers liability protection from civil claims when a child was killed or seriously injured by a vaccine, and placed all vaccines administered to children in the legal category of “unavoidably unsafe” medical products, which means a product that cannot be made safe for its intended use.

overton windows are kind of like being a kid out swimming at the shore: while you’re out in the water, you don’t really notice it, but then something makes you look up and you realize how far down the beach you have drifted. “wow, where did i leave my towel?”

the change is little by little then all at once. a few individuals push the boundaries early and generally get absolutely blasted for it. they get opposed from every side and ripped to shreds. then, one day, years later, you look back on it and cannot even see what was objectionable. it’s hard to even remember what the fuss was about.

the change is so thorough that it can feel like collective amnesia.

in many ways, that’s just what it is.

that which was basically called a “hate crime” and “anti-science” and “anti-social” suddenly becomes “just common sense” and that which seemed moral is revealed as monstrous.

this is just human psychology and psychological need.

once the window moves, it’s very difficult to remember looking through it from where it used to be. and many people do not want to because it makes them remember things about themselves that they would rather forget.

there was a year or more when people like this were considered “the good guys.” these views were lauded and repeated, carried in newspapers and shrilled on TV. those putting them forth did so with pride and purpose. they were sure they were on the team of goodness and light.



today this is obviously grotesque and only a tiny handful of the most brainwashed and lunatic are still on board. masks, covid vaxx, dodgy covid treatments, eschewing treatments that actually worked, lockdowns, closures, that which was a definite and strident orthodoxy, it’s all gone.

the world woke up and the folks who wanted to just proclaim “mistakes were made, let’s let bygones be bygones and forget the whole thing” are not getting much in the way of traction.

sure, lots of people want to forget, but a lot of people want to remember too.

and this is not going away.

they do not realize that NIH paid for it.
