I might use that donkey dick 3rd leg to ease some of the pressure off the seat

We have the Uppababy system and I think it required that donkey dick leg to be extended. I have it down in both our vehicles at least. I did have to pop a towel under the car seat base near the seat back to get it as level as they want it. Lots of red/green indicators to make sure things are snugged up tight, level, etc.. the donkey leg was one of those that has that as well.

I’ve been getting these lightly breaded spicy chicken nugs and tendies from Walmart and they’re a solid 4.5/7. The light breading helps keep the carbs and fat in check too if that’s your thing at all.

I’ve been getting these lightly breaded spicy chicken nugs and tendies from Walmart and they’re a solid 4.5/7. The light breading helps keep the carbs and fat in check too if that’s your thing at all.

We get these Costco ones that have pretty dece macros and taste just like Chick-fil-A. 5/7.

Threw the red rocket into sport mode with the kid in the back and railed a few turns. It really sticks hard, and the immediate power of the electric motor is awesome. This car is actually somewhat fun despite being a limo for environmental activists.

I'm still blown away by JP's MPGees. We rented one of these in CA over New Years, drove from LAX all the way up to Big Sur-ish where the PCH was closed and all around various areas and got like 36 MPGee overall. Still agreed that it's a solid car, glad to see it's being enjoyed.

I think the speed limits out east are lower. We tend to be at 80-90mph here to keep up with "traffic"

True, definitely in greater Philly, you're at 55 MPH on the freeway as far as limits go, traffic flows at 70-75 when it flows

Still, quite a lot of 'slow' driving on the PCH, but I guess it's also a lot of hills to climb. Either way, 36 isn't bad by any means, without really trying.

I get like 28 in the GR86 which is also better than advertised... I think because I'm slow as well. But it's usually more 70-75 range. 65 is kind of painful on a freeway.

I averaged 36mpg over 1600mi with an average speed of 71mph. At 70mph on flat ground it'll get low to mid 40's easily, and that wasn't even the hybrid.

Yeah it’s rare that I’m driving faster than 65 just due to congestion or low speed limits. Most of my driving is back road suburban / rural stuff now.

Did some night driving yesterday. Man low cars at night… I forgot how annoying bright ass headlights are. The accord is perfect height to get your eyes seared by most CUVs. Whereas most CUVs place your eyes high enough to avoid going blind.

This is a huge issue where I live. Country/mountany roads where a slight incline literally makes the opposite cars light sear your eyeballs out. It is a real consideration for the next vehicle. Added height adds safety and convenience.

The headlight sitch is an ongoing thing I like bitching about. It's brutal in a small car and really in general with modern headlights, interiors full of screens, etc. I try to just not drive at night.

I was just thinking about that the other day. My eye sight hasn't changed and I kind of stopped driving at night because frankly I don't have a life after the kid and there is no sidepiece.
So the one time I was out after dark, it was pretty damn brutal. 30" of screens in my car + HUD ... + porno lighting in every crevice of the vehicle.. it's tough... especially once a raised F250 gets pointed straight in your face.

I'm generally used to the eyeball assaults from s and :CuckUV:s, my commute always ends with a short jaunt through two lane country roads to my subdivision. I just look down at the white line on the right side of the road and follow along anytime an oncoming vehicle approaches. It's a bitch when I do get it in the eyes and I'm night blinded for a couple of seconds, but my technique generally alleviates that trauma.

For me the lower ride and better FE is worth the trouble. I'm pretty easy to please
