I’m a starve myself til 1 PM guy typically as well, but I do really enjoy breakfast foods. Breakfast for dinner is a solid go to if I’m solo cooking at home. I enjoy a breakfast out like maybe 1-2 times per quarter while on vacation or something.

Back in January, I started eating breakfast again. I feel it’s really helped my metabolism and energy for the rest of the day. I pretty much eat the same thing every morning and it doesn’t get old. A piece or two of bacon + 2 or 3 eggs. Wife has been making sourdough and sometimes I’ll slice that up with some jam. Has changed my mornings.

I love sourdough. I should get a starter going and add that to my fresh baked bread repertoire.

I found some bacon at Costco with the best macros I’ve seen. 21g cooked gets you 8g protein and only 4.5g fat.

Breakfast at home for me is ~1.5-2 servings of that, two whole eggs, eight egg whites, and a bowl of berries. I top the egg scramble with kimchi and avocado. Delicious.

I love breakfast, it's my starter meal.
Coffee, some eggs and toast or yogurt and fruit and I'm good to go for the day.

I dont know what it is for me, but usually i eat my breakfast light. Im all about oatmeal cereal in the morning, or some cracker and perhaps pastry. But when I was younger I used to skip breakfast, until i got diagnosed with ADD and have to be on full stomach to take my med every morning.

Godspeed, and please send a bit of that up here. We've had a pretty dry August and September so far.

We got a little bit today. Heat wave is over and now we’ve got highs in the 60s for the 10-day forecast :fuckyeah: a little rain next Tuesday as well.

Upper 80's most of the week here and then down to low 80's by the weekend.

I’m up in NYC this week, weather is fucking incredible. High of 80, sunshine, low humidity. Being in the city is a PITA in many ways but walking between meetings instead of driving through shitty nondescript office park country is quite enjoyable. Felt like a true New Yorker on the transit too, it’s so convenient/easy with Google.

Also the people saying NYC transit is ‘scary’ are dumb.

Dang that is :notbad: bacon, I should grab some up. Kirkland brand or what?

I don’t eat bacon much but it’s a great treat.

Storm shifted east last night, I didn't get much from it other than a decent amount of rain.

Family is all out in Destin right now. Said there was some storming last night, but hasn’t been too bad there.

Made it over to Planet Fitness twice this week :fuckyeah: Monday Michelle wanted to go on a long walk with our friend who gave birth in May. They took the babies, so I had like two hours free. Felt good. Then yesterday her and her sister, who was up visiting for a few days, did a long walk together with the baby, so I went back and got another good workout in.

Of course both nights Kaeilani didn’t want to sleep at all, so I didn’t sleep at all, but oh well. Felt good to get out of the house and move some blood around.

Good to see you’re getting out of the house already. Keep it up.
