Been having a couple servings of Greek yogurt every night for dinner for a nice slow digesting protein. Just restocked on some chocolate whey protein to mix into it and have more of a pudding. Stoked for that.
I wish I could get into that but something about the tangy Greek yogurt flavor with the artificial sweetener doesn’t jive for me quite right.
I hit this the last two days once my protein came in.. added a touch of salt and it really cut the tart/tangy Greek yogurt flavor and had it tasting more like straight up pudding.

Perhaps I'll try that next time!
FWIW I had 377g Greek yogurt, 34g chocolate whey (for 25g pro), and added 1g of basic iodized salt.
65g of protein, like 15g carbs, and 1.5g fat. Add other carb/fat sources as desired to make a more complete meal. I Imagine you and otherswould scale back on the amount of yogurt and/or protein powder. Could probably cut them each in about half for your normal meal protein target.

Not going to lie, every once in a while, pancakes really hit the spot.
They demand bacon as an accompaniment for that Sweet/Salty thing.
100%. The steak was heavily salted, so that was a decent substitute for bacon. And I had my eggs over medium so I got to mop up some yolk with the pancakes as well.
I don't really like breakfast overall and would just rather skip the meal in favor of lunch so you're going to have to kick major, major ass to get me to jam a bunch of calories down before 11 a.m.

Yes it's a cool car. But prepare the lube/sawdust.

Breakfast is like a once or twice per month treat for me. Otherwise it's just an uncrustable at noon then dinner at 6 or so during the week
Yeah but you do real work during the day. How is a processed PB&J enough energy to weld all day?

My job is pretty low effort, but I sip a Celsius from 5:30-12 and then finish the day off with a Liquid IV in 32oz of water.

Agreed. It’s my least favorite meal to go out for, because the food is so cheap and easy to cook at home and it tastes 99% the same. But loves it, so I try to suggest doing it here and there to score some brownie points and make her happy.

If you have an air fryer, throw an uncrustable two in there and thank me later. Butter the outside just a bit when they come out.
had it in Bentonville AR. Was impressed and wished I could go again. Its similar to our localish another broken egg chain but better.
Another broken egg is just a couple mins from my nearest First Watch. I've heard the same.
I had excellent breakfast at The Pressroom in Bville.
My uncle out of BR last year to Rogers, outside Bville. My dad just bought an acre+ lot nextdoor to him and is building a large metal shop/bunker there.
I really like the area if I had some more family and a equal/better job. Dat wallsmart money.

That's the only reason I go. The No Breakfast Nazi Train is not going to be one of those "things I love about him the most" no doubt.

Yes I know someone who works at Walmart in security and was out there last October for his birthday. The area is very nice.
@Sawcedude the head of HR told me the same thing about the air fryer.

Never been but I’ve heard it’s an incredible Mecca for mountain/gravel/road cycling. I’d like to check it out.

I’m a starve myself til 1 PM guy typically as well, but I do really enjoy breakfast foods. Breakfast for dinner is a solid go to if I’m solo cooking at home. I enjoy a breakfast out like maybe 1-2 times per quarter while on vacation or something.
