Been having a couple servings of Greek yogurt every night for dinner for a nice slow digesting protein. Just restocked on some chocolate whey protein to mix into it and have more of a pudding. Stoked for that.

I can eat the fuck out of dairy. It's not kind to the waistline in general that is my big limiter.
I can fuck up some dairy too. On vacation or beach trips I’ll go to the local ice cream shop and just smash a large three scoop waffle cone and love every goddamn second of it. Cheese? The best. I eat a good amount of whey protein and yogurt too.
I have the most iron of stomachs though, I can eat virtually anything with minimal ill effects other than yeah, weight gain.

I wish I could get into that but something about the tangy Greek yogurt flavor with the artificial sweetener doesn’t jive for me quite right.

Didn't you like eating it with honey when you were in Greece? That's the traditional way to eat it. Ideally with Greek honey,
Where are these mangos?

Yeah I get that. Mixing in some peanut butter helps cut through that tang doe.
Speaking of whey, Animal is hooking us up with double commission this month if anyone wants to snag some stuff and hook your boy up with some bonus commish. Some sort of “grand prize” to whoever has the most sales too I need to start pushing more IG content to drive some extra sales.

It was a flip, was probably a dump but even so 83k feels like some kind of inside job. Still quite ‘cheap’ at $519k for what looks to be quite a nice home, large square footage, seemingly large lot. I guess you get a lot for your money out on that side.
Nice house Cale! Given the amount of work described in the previous listing in 2021, it appears that the investor probably spent over $200k on this reno, sold it for $425k in 2021. Probably was in rough shape and some little old lady sold it to an investor instead of listing it. It took them over a year to do the reno. Seems to be essentially a new house with an old house shell. I would copy and paste the upgrades described in the MLS, but it's too long.
Made it out to breakfast for our anniversary. Just hit ihop to snag that unlimited pancake deal. T-bone steaks nd eggs was exactly what you’d expect at an ihop. Pretty sure they boil their steaks, and it was overcooked. Tasty at least. And the pancakes were good. Did three extra orders after the initial stack that came with my steak and eggs.

Not going to lie, every once in a while, pancakes really hit the spot.
They were pretty tasty. Used a different syrup on each stack. Original is the best, but blueberry and butter pecan were great too. Strawberry was fine.
