That's 22+ only... Not considering that one due to cost. I am looking at 19-21 Base+GTS used.
How much for used GTS vs new S? It's the same thing.
It really isn't... we're talking 20k-40k, not only has porsche hiked pricing immensly, but the ones "available" on the lot have a shit ton of options that I don't want. It would have to be a special order at 93k minimum (GTS+Premium pack + Color). I have a line on a local one that is asking 79k, he paid 86k in 2021 which is now 93k in 23... and I think he is about 10k too high.

For 22+ the S takes the place of the old GTS, and the GTS takes the place of the old Turbo trim, but now the S and GTS get the 2.9TT engine the old Turbo got. The badge is different but they occupy the same position in the lineup. That's why I was curious if you could option a '22 S to be the same price or options you want as the used GTS.

So we can call that $5k more ish on average.
Yea... I was thinking of offering "Todd" 67k. I ran trade in values with Carvanna + Vroom. And they offered 55-63k.... If we were to go with the "old" gts. The "old" gts also doesn't have the annoying "touch screen" buttons.

The '22 got the 992 style capacitive buttons on the console? Ok fuck that tbh
I am still loving this one.. it's not Smurf blue but it has perfect options + Smallest wheels + 2 year on top of initial warranty so it'll be worry free.

Yes sir. They annoyed the living piss out of me... they "work" but it was a whole lotta

I also like this color much more than Miami Blue
Metallic is the way.
I think the base loses nothing to the GTS on looks alone.
I kind of don't see the Macan as a doe...
62.8" height for the Macan
56" for the A4
72" is my Tacoma height... which is pretty much the smallest on the market.
In that case, A4 might be worth a test. GTS performance for half the cost.
I have had two A4s as rentals and they feel very fast, I'd say they may even edge out my C5 in an 1/8 mile race. Very nice car that I had not huge expectations for but found to be excellent.

Wow. Are those stock wheels? I feel like those are on every 2008 Cayenne around here driven by some poors that haven't changed the oil since they bought the car. I find them

I would say save $10K+ and get the engine.
Um I don’t think every 2008 cayenne rolls on 21” gloss black pizza cutters. They look decent in person Imo.
7 speed. The number of speeds wasn’t the issue. It just felt “clunky” for lack of a better description
Less power/torque might allow the 4 cylinder version to be programmed with more clutch slip for smoothness?
Possibly... my memory may be "tainted" but the DSG in my TDI felt better... even though it wasn't that grand either. But you were quick to point out that I may not like this trans... I did my fair share of bitching about the DCT in the M3. It was sub-par IMO. Especially 1/20 drives it felt like the car was going to literally shake itself apart when the clutches would get confused and engage and disengage 3 times a second making your head bob like a raver.
