I've been watching Matt for years. It's been fun watching his business grow.
Insurance is a scam,

My guess would be that Chris took some time off because he has read the dialogue on this page 1,345 times and decided to spend some of his free time doing something besides beating a horse to death.
One claim examined by investigators involved a Polaris RZR off-road vehicle towed from Sand Hollow State Park in April 2020. In a video of the tow posted to Wetzel’s YouTube channel, he was seen hauling the vehicle, court documents said — noting that AAA’s policy does not cover off-road vehicle tows.
The owner of the RZR told an investigator that he used his friend’s AAA membership to cover the cost of the recovery, court documents said. The claim filed with AAA said Winder Towing rescued the friend’s truck, instead of the RZR, the documents said.
It sounds like he's doing us normal people a solid, but the the scam that is insurance is cracking down because they don't make enough money as it is.

315s back when 's were considered wide. Too bad it is essentially has base C5 performance.
My new Cammie will come with 235s all around, apparantly wider then a Kamry Fakesport
The reason my screen name was changed by the, then mods was my whole bitchfest thread about the $21,995 civic sport having wider front tires than the equipped $58,995 fake sport
Versus the other cars from Japan that don't even have that.
If you like the coaster, do look into the nsx. Just make sure you get a 3.2L 6spd one
Except an nsx tripled in value since 2008 and a zr1 stayed flat … if that will change
Doubt it. Not enough people know that they're cool.
Just need a few YouTube bros to buy the cheapest ones in the country...

Well aware, it makes no sense to put on a car like that. Gotta say, it was a lot of laughs
Slightly different suspension tuning, a different front bumper, and the duckbill spoiler on the 86 Premium. Otherwise no. 86 has higher rear spring rates and I believe a stiffer bar, so it's a bit more eager to rotate. BRZ is more stable.
I’m wondering if an 86 +LR D would be a good stable mate or if I’ll get bored and crave a P car … hmmm. I really like the current 86, in particular the styling and the price point and relative performance. I’m not necessarily someone that needs 1000hp in an ice car to feel like a man…
Like will this thing be more fun than my mini… is the real question. It’s heavier and bigger, worse interior, brakes and has less power… but it is manual and rwd and superior styling and perhaps better steering… hmmm

I doubt it would be MORE fun, just different fun.

Objectively better looking front end and more playful/slidey suspension tuning.
Get whatever is available.
I want Neptune Blue and am fiercely brand loyal to a manufacturer that I’ve worked for for over a decade. They drove this project so I’ll reward their input for a second time.
More racey suspension and lower MSRP. Better bloo IMO. I doubt you’d notice a difference on the street.
Dang, the mini is sub 2800 pounds?
I think NA 230 HP > turbo 260. I just don’t like turbos that much.
It’s all about the torque also. Gotta remember it reaches full boost at 1800 and torque of 240lb ft. The b48 in the mini is tuned great, it just feels like a big 4L v6 or something until 6k rpm. There is no lag whatsoever.
Mini is about 2850lbs so looks like they weigh about the same. I was though it would be less.

Either way, both are quite light cars by modern standards and I imagine about the same 1/4 mile since the 86 will get better launches and the Mini has a wider torque band/faster shifts.
I have the N20 version and it is similar, a lot of torque down low, it just doesn’t do much for me. Plenty fast but I find NA motors to be more fun. Although the supercharged Audi V6 I drove recently was
