Shit son, coach knows the game.SAWCE wrote: ↑Thu Jun 10, 2021 8:57 pm Fuck man. My body is just crushing these carbs today without having more protein to slow the digestion down. Will be interesting to see what my weight and posing pictures look like tomorrow morning compared to this morning. Coach will use that to determine what the plan for tomorrow’s food is. There was talk of possibly having a burger for dinner to really fill me out

He certainly does. Even loading all those carbs yesterday I woke up 2.4lbs lighter today. Glutes are finally looking crispy. Still the one area that I’m carrying fat in, but since I’m in briefs instead of the bodybuilding thong, I think I’ll be okay. I’ll throw this morning’s check-in pics in the gymbro thread if anyone is curious.Tarspin wrote: ↑Fri Jun 11, 2021 12:11 amShit son, coach knows the game.SAWCE wrote: ↑Thu Jun 10, 2021 8:57 pm Fuck man. Lots of errands to get done this weekend in prep for several weeks away from Seattle. Heading to Costa Rica for work on Sunday evening. Will be there for a week and then am driving to see family in California for a while. Next month is going to be pretty busy!
How about you? How's the back feeling?

Wow, Costa Rica sounds like a 5/7 business trip! And that you're taking your new car (I assume) on a road trip down to CA.HerrBerlin wrote: ↑Fri Jun 11, 2021 3:17 pmLots of errands to get done this weekend in prep for several weeks away from Seattle. Back is feeling much better, thanks for asking. Been doing a lot of yoga and stretching which has helped the back and the sciatica. I've been holding off doing a lot of things besides just mowing the lawn so my big landscaping project is on hold for another few weeks. # things.
Got a lot of shit to get done this weekend, too as we have a trip coming up as well. Taking 's H on a long road trip out west starting next Friday. Much

Costa Rica should be great! Won't have any time to venture out of San Jose, but I'm just excited to be going somewhere since we've stayed put since covid started.wap wrote: ↑Fri Jun 11, 2021 3:39 pmWow, Costa Rica sounds like a 5/7 business trip! Nice, road trips are great and will be bringing the new car. Still only has like 300 miles on it so this will be a good test to see how it is over longer drives.
Glad your back is doing better. Hope it continues to improve and you can get back to your big project soon.

Seriously impressive. Lats are world class, Legs are huge improvement. Only critique is the cut may have exposed your arms a bit. Go get it.

That's the best trophy I have ever seen.
Now you need a kilt and some warpaint.
