I thought that Toyota stole Miami blue from the Porsche spectrum and put a metallic spin on it.[user not found] wrote: ↑Mon Dec 14, 2020 8:05 pmDark blue might as well be black. And birds love to shit on blue cars.

The front of my blue GTI was destroyed by 2 years of 80mph highway pounding. I’m not putting clear bra on a $22k econobox. This thing is simply going to be an appliance.
2022 redesigned 86 launches in Q3 2021. Depending on how well the money plays out, I’ll end up with one of those, a 718 on an employee lease or a clean 997.2.

Just checked out the pallet on the Hybrid, and the "blueprint" blue is more of a blurple, but a tinted up silver or pearl white are going to look better.
Ahhh I wasn’t thinking of black blue, didn’t realize that was the option. For some reason I’ve never looked at a Corolla Hybrid
Carry on then. I would get Barcelona Red but Blizzard Pearl is OK too.
Of all the cars I’ve had, my red and blue ones certainly stay looking clean better than white, silver, or anything dark (like the dark red Corvette).

I've been pleasantly surprised at how clean looking the Blue Meanie is from 5 feet away when it is FAR from clean up close. This winter will be the ultimate test .D Griff wrote: ↑Tue Dec 15, 2020 6:50 amAhhh I wasn’t thinking of black blue, didn’t realize that was the option. Honestly close to not caring about color now I got the numbers squared away. 0% for 60. Stupid number on the trade. I get a refund from the current gap insurance and wheel/tire package which covers gap and all the doc/reg fees on the new car. $1k down and $366/mo including tax, gap, 5 year tire and wheel.
My GSM is sad to see me go and wanted to take care of me.
Total car and monthly fuel bill will still be cheaper than current lease payment.

I want a Corolla hybrid. Curious to see your thoughts on it.

Yea. Need a commuter sled. Going back to work at Porsche next week with the 100 mile commute and doubling down on the opportunity. Getting out of the Taco with just about no impact and getting a Prius that doesn’t look like a Prius.
Huge discount and 0% financing. Car payment and a month of gas is still cheaper than the lease payment of the truck. Will end up with a fun car or truck again next summer when things settle into a groove.

Special kudos to those who are on the list twice.
Too poor or just too... not dumb?
We $40K on a Beep Beep and I sort of regret it. $750/month on the payment is kind of when we could just still have the Fusion for zero outlay.
at least the Beep Beep is easily - able with the epic resale.
