I want more / better options in 2 row land. GC is old as dirt. Passport is oddly shaped. Edge is a fraud and GM’s entries blow. Morono and Santa Fe are too pudgy.

Until the Bronc :doe: lands, there is only one two row SUV that matters in this country.

So the main downside I can find is the +500lbs over the 3.6 v6. But I’m really curious what sort of mpg it gets off the juice
Looks :neat: but probably a hefty price tag for something that seems rather pointless. A regular 4 cylinder :jeep: can already get 400 miles of range and it pretty quick to 60. Also, MPG isn't terrible at 21-24 real world. Curious to learn more for sure, but seems more complex to me and :notsure: if that will be worth the price and long term reliability.
Yea maybe 21-24 for y’all with no stop lights. I’m getting 26 in a mini so I am not expecting to crack 20 in a Jeep. But the hybrid setup + e capability seems epic because it actually makes it a Decent DD. If the E range was 70-100 miles I would put a deposit down today. 25 is not terrible but it really doesn’t work for me

I saw an NYT article today that said used car prices have risen 16% since the pandemic started. Dealers have used 2019 GTI Rabbits listed for more than I paid for mine new.

Prices are rising because all the sudden there is insatiable demand for anything and everything ... :butwhy:

:ino: the wife commutes daily about 6-7 miles each way in a 100% urban setting and the average per the computer is 21-22 MPG. We just drove it to the beach this weekend, 175 miles each way plus a bit of around twon derping once we got there and it indicated 27.1 for the trip. It tends to be 1-2 mpg optimistic based on when I've hand calculated.

She did the same type of commuting in her old Fusion and got virtually the same MPG, so it's likely that your MINI just really sucks with fuel efficiency more than anything crazy about your environment. It is a car that dumps gas for the sole purpose of making pop pop noises, is it not?

And yes, pricing is :fullretard: We could make a profit on the JLU right now, over 5K miles in.

No, people just drive faster here than elsewhere in the country and with the pandemic 85 is the new 65.

I was never able to get advertised mpg in my tdi either. While those who go 55-60mph get 50mpg. That’s not a safe speed here. Unless you want to be surrounded by countless tractor trailers throwing all kinds of shit into your windshield.

:waxer: is averaging 15-16 IIRC

That is :notwrong: ... I have been passed by cops while traveling at 90+ in CA many times with no issue, that is a no-go here. You simply wouldn't drive a :jeep: that fast though because it is awful. So you may actually get better highway MPG in a :jeep: than a MINI in California :mindblown:
