Problem is it's not helping me appreciate society more. It's convincing me that I need to out.

I think I was forced to read it in high school? Whenever it was, I hated being forced to read books in school to over analyze them. As a result, I hate reading unless I REALLY care about the subject.

I stopped reading books as soon as I was required to do so in school. I don't really have time anymore either - or would rather spend it on many other things.
