It's just a tall Model 3. Same as the X vs S. I think it looks stupid but it'll probably never be produced anyway.
X is a really odd bulbous shape. This is too.
The Tesla designers really don't understand how to properly design an SUV. Putting the car in Photoshop and morphing it taller just doesn't work right. While bad for every performance metric, SUVs should have increased ground clearance to look right.

My guess would be that Chris took some time off because he has read the dialogue on this page 1,345 times and decided to spend some of his free time doing something besides beating a horse to death.

Yarp. This looks odd. The Rivian SUV looks badass.

The Rivian SUV is done very very right.

Cool, yeah rivian, 75k+ starting price for a company that hasn’t been around etc.
Yea, I'm with ya there. We'll see about that one. They've got some serious talent on board, but how much they'll be able to achieve is seriously

Considering how “little” Tesla was able to achieve I am not holding my breath. Car business is increadibly difficult
Nah
All you need is a kickstarter campaign and then you whip something up.

Their products are awesome I am excited to see if they can break into the market. Their pickup has adjustable bed options and sides and stuff. Very innovative and better than a 12 way folding origami tailgate insert
