yeah I figured that would be coming off no matter what, if anything for more ground clearance this summer. Agreed on the PTO, it does hang down but I would love to protect it. I dont know if it shares oil with transfer case or not...meaning if I bust it open I cant get home.
that's good, I can deal with mud caked on it or a bit of grass jammed into it. No plans really...came with it. At some point I'd probably see if it can be flipped or rotated upwards just to get you a little more clearance (or just removed).
Not sure what your plan was for the PTO drive.
