TBH trading the C6 for one would probably provide more practical LOLZ than I am currently experiencing. Hmm.
Do you currently drive the 99% of the time?
I guess the question is how much would that change if you had a CTS-Vader instead of a - if you would still just go over the machine then
I think this is exactly the correct analysis and I think the answer is yep I would drive it more. In positive news, however, I am taking the C6 on the back route to Vegas in early January. https://www.desertsun.com/story/news/tr ... /27106351/
It's a fun drive. I basically think Vegas is an overpriced, undesirable place but I'm meeting some buddies to bet on sportsball and that's a plan that works for me.

Yes it's a cool car. But prepare the lube/sawdust.

My guess would be that Chris took some time off because he has read the dialogue on this page 1,345 times and decided to spend some of his free time doing something besides beating a horse to death.
'Like Riding on a Dirt Road': First Reviews of Elon Musk's Underground Tunnel Are Disappointing
Its better than the alternatives provided by.....anyone?
I don't understand the plan. Do cars drive in the tunnel? How does it not just become another source of gridlock?

they go on automated trays that convert them to rail and operate at high speed, all run by computer. thats the concept.
basically, its two birds one stone: remove the human element AND go 3d to get more volume.
Interesting.

Per the article it was to be 16 person shuttles. That appears to have not been put into practice yet. Now the article says its for cars. Not sure where this is going

How would shuttles not just be another form of subway?
Cars on carts somewhat makes sense. Still, seems the time of loading and unloading and whatnot won't do much.

It is a proof of concept. Although a retarded one. I have no idea why he did what he did, but having big enough tunnels (100x the size of his) in LA would certainly benefit their insane gridlock. However that city/general area has a plethora of problems, 5 million illegals +, tons of chinese expats buying up all the expensive real estate, and future pornhub actresses, are crowding that cesspool into a mash.

SO other than Chinese replacing the Japanese buying all in sight in the 80's, not much has changed LOL

Oh, I see...larger tunnels that could accommodate multiple layers of cars could make sense, but this proof of concept just seems like a subway that cars drive down.
LA is a dumpster fire for sure.

Anything would help LA traffic but that solution has a long way to go. Muricans love their cars gonna be tough to alter that no matter.
Gridlock commute would make me hate my car pretty quickly.
If I could public trans, I would. It's driven me to enjoy driving a Volt every day.

Exactly, this is why I deem public trans unavailable to me. There's a bus that goes from the end of my street to the office. It takes an hour to go 10 miles...assuming you don't get stabbed on the way. None of that is appealing.
Waze is doing a new carpool thing, and I thought about trying it until I went on and it's just a bunch of people too poor to own cars looking for free rides that's not the bus.
So I deal with traffic. It's pretty maddening. At least here rush hour truly only lasts an hour...unlike LA where traffic is 24/7.

I'd public trans if I could but the bus leaves me walking a mile or more along an industrial road and crossing what's basically a highway, and would take 3x as long as driving. So I drive 3 miles.
