It's amazing how something so simple as a logo color change can make such a big impact on the look of the truck.
Yep.
I think the Camaro looked MUCH better without all the badges. I pulled the front and rear SS emblems, side emblems, and rear bow tie.
Going to do mostly the same on the ZR2... Might leave the ZR2 in the grille if it doesn't come off easy like the 1LE's did, and undecided on the rear bow tie still.. but the "COLORADO" and V6 emblems are coming off.
Camaro looked 5/7 without any emblems. My thought is there is too much flat real estate to not have anything on the Colorado’s tail gate.

Could be. I'm going to decide after I take everything else off.

The ZR2 plinth in the grille has a backing area...so take it off and there will be a square in the grille where it was.
The other stuff...yea agreed. Though I think losing the rear bowtie would make the truck look weird.
Interesting. On the Camaro is was nice, the SS emblem just slid over the grille and clipped on. When I removed it, it was like it was never there.
Spent today with an enclosed UHaul trailer behind mah . This tows beautifully. Interesting bit was in tow/haul mode the one touch indicators go from 3 blinks to 6.

That's pretty cool.
Where are these mangos?

I don't understand anything anymore.
I filled up for $4.11 a gallon yesterday then again gm avoided the boosted non sense for so long, then went on an I4 I don’t get it...
A 2.7L is a MASSIVE 4 cyl. It's also not the volume engine, that's still the V8. This only exists to offset CAFE. 100%
It does make more power and torque than the 4.3 V6

My guess would be that Chris took some time off because he has read the dialogue on this page 1,345 times and decided to spend some of his free time doing something besides beating a horse to death.

Oh yea, I forgot about that. I haven't towed with my ZR2 yet...

It is. At first I was like when it kept blinking then it made sense as I kept using it. Really a 5/7 feature.

You don’t need to hookup electrical when pulling someone out of the mud.

Would be a good engine addition to the Colorado lineup. The thought of a 4 cyl full size is a little odd to me, but then again this has more power and torque than just about every truck on the market in the mid 2000's. Will probably be fine for towing as long as the cooling system is burly enough.

Power output is there. Gas mileage will be crap around town, probably decent on the highway.

I'm a fucking failure.
Also, this wont' be coming to the Colorado for some time. It's a shame, because it would be a great addition.

Well We towed the car with the car this weekend. Towed it so, so dirty...no lights no plate. Last time for that now that we know it works It actually towed really well.
But this was a foolish move and i really need a 40k truck.
