Fluorescent lime-yellow has always been one of my favorite accents/colors.
I like highlighter colors as accent colors as well.

My guess would be that Chris took some time off because he has read the dialogue on this page 1,345 times and decided to spend some of his free time doing something besides beating a horse to death.

Porsche does it on their E-Panameras (and others). Dunno man, a fucking ASTON MARTIN. Fox Hunts. James Bond. Old Money. Banging Theresa Enwhistle in the castle turret. Hi-Liter diffuser seems a little bourgeoise.

Yes it's a cool car. But prepare the lube/sawdust.

A sucks to drive around in a city, no ground clearance, massive turning radius, wide as hell and difficult to park due to not being able to see the corners of the car.
I view it like this, a rating in fun factors:
City/in town driving fun: Miata 5/7, 2/7
Autox: Miata 5/7, 4/7
Canyon carving/back road cruising: Miata 4/7, 5/7
Track: I haven't tracked a Miata (but likely 5/7 with mods needed though), 6/7 stock, 7/7 with modz
Wringing a car out everywhere is quite fun. I can't redline my STI much anywhere. It's quite a bit faster than my GTI was, which I took to redline constantly on the bigger boulevards in the city.
I'd be OK with BRZ power levels, personally. Miata is basically there due to lower weight.
I dunno, to each their own I guess.

I mean, our roads have curves down here.
Yea, I don't have any of that. My only chance of fun is
Even half throttle in Camdalf is ridiculous. The few times I have an open on-ramp or the like for full is what makes things exciting.
Redlining something while still going moderately slow is But a momentum car on twisties is

I'm not a huge aston martin design fan. They're all right but I don't OTPHJ when I see them.
Dem vape fumes must be clouding your brain.

I agree with Troy, it's like the new Supra only doesn't look as good.
We don't even know what the new Supra looks like yet.

I've kind of fallen out of love with the last gen Vantage look as well, IMO it suffers from the same problems as most modern cars: belt and hood lines too high, windows too small.
Whatever car I end up with next I want to have an airy Top Gun cockpit feel, preferably with a translucent roof in addition to a lot of surrounding glass. (Yes, it'll need ceramic tint on everything including the windshield to not be an oven in the sun)

Didn't you already own a convertible?
Not even close to the same thing. Wind and rain and sunburn are fucking annoying and ruin the experience. Ever had a woman in a convertible? They over about 30 mph from the wind destroying their hair.

C5/6 with the glass top is pretty close.
LS3 C6 in a cool color with... an automatic... could well happen if we're rolling around metro Charlotte traffic for the foreseeable future. Affordable and has enough power to be about running the AC all the time plus enough space for DD/trips for the no kids/pets lyfe. The 3.42 rear end from a Z06 is a direct swap for the auto 2.73 or whatever and gives you speed without any engine mods.
The fantasy land options are McLaren 720S, 6-speed NSX-T, maybe 348 Targa but ain't nobody got cash fo' dat shit.
