Snow day today and working from home today. I was talking to Crang the other day about his car and out right asked him if he was going to post here about it. I guess so hah.

Looks like everyone here mentioned everything I already did to him. I added a tidbit that if a manager doesn't work with him he should mention that he will call the Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division.

I had a dealership rip me off last fall, so I posted on every website (Facebook, Google, Yelp, etc.) that I could find my experience and said I would be filing complaints with various outlets.

One thing I learned is that I am never buying a VW after seeing his blow up. If I ever get out of the city and need a car, I'll get a Honda.
