Tires are wear items, as are a lot for the other ports listed. I'd offer you the car + bolded items...but only 600 of the inkys. Minus a little depreciation, 6500 is fair money me thinks. You might do better on a partout, but its a lot of work and I'd be a sure

ITT: doing $3k of deferred maintenance doesn’t make your car magically worth $3k more than it was when you bought it.
Oldcarshit to the max. Routine maintenance is literally lighting a pile of cash on fire as far as resale is concerned. Tars are all that really make a resale difference.

They're in the attic with no tires on them, if I ever really want to sell the car for max profit I'll put some crap tires on them with stock shocks and sway bar then sell the rest of the junk separately if no autox'er is interested at the time. The market is small for this stuff but it exists. I was originally trying to buy this car but it sold before I could get it - for full asking price:
