It's an X1, supposed to be the "sportier" version of the X1 doe.max225 wrote: ↑Thu Oct 26, 2017 12:54 pmVery likely a stretched X1.troyguitar wrote: ↑Thu Oct 26, 2017 12:52 pm Nothing coupe-like about that X2. Looks like it's a Countryman All4 with a bunch of extra roundels stuck on. The release I read implied that it's primarily FWD too.
Same wheelbase, slightly shorter overall length due to bumper changes.

They chopped the roof and both bumpers so it can have even less space for even more money.

Nice man. I hope you enjoy the way it all comes together. I think a turbro Miata would be a killer car.

Once I get back from my deployment everything should be finalizing with the car until I blow it up. Ill install the ECU and injectors to max everything out.D Griff wrote: ↑Thu Oct 26, 2017 5:48 pmNice man. I hope you enjoy the way it all comes together. Im trying to. Ive got almost everything I need to make this a decent car. Now I cant say much about the driver. But the car itself should perform well. I didnt really spare too much expense.
The combo of a solid clutch, good suspension, light wheels, sticky tires and hopefully a well tuned turbo setup should result in a relatively reliable and super fun car.

Chopping the roof down does, but that only matters if you're a linebacker or are using this to deliver washing machines in the hatch.

Fewer service claims = can't keep lights on[user not found] wrote: ↑Fri Oct 27, 2017 11:37 amGreat news! VW has decided the Golf needs to be less reliable so they're pushing production back to ze Muzzahland.Johnny_P wrote: ↑Tue Oct 24, 2017 8:35 am
The depreciation hit alone would that idea. You've already paid egg depreciation.... why sign up to do that again on an identical car? The MK7 is more reliable than the MK6 was because it's not built by high-ego drunk Germans, it's built by hard working poor Mexicans that can't afford to lose their job.

Okay, I'm good. Fuck, shit, fuckers.
"We looked at you're keyless sensor on the driver door and it turns out to be a bad connection. All fixed... however, there's one small problem" says the service guy.
The fucker "took precautions" when fixing the car but he gouged the paint by the door handle while disassembling the fucken thing. Now I've got two deep carve marks very visible and they are offering to repaint the door.
